Too annoying to bother with again. Had to listen to this blowhard brag about himself for over 1/2 hour, tell me what bad investments I've made in guitars and cars, just to hear him turn around and say he's buying a Maserati, which in case you didn't know has one of the worst resale values of any car. If that wasn't bad enough he then gossiped about another local guitar store owner and what a terrible person he is and how he does dishonest restorations, replacing necks on LP's and not telling people, etc.

We are business owners as well and rule number one in local small business ethics is to not bash your competition, but this guy jumps at the chance at the simple mentioning of other businesses. All hale the omnipotent and perfect Scott. I put up with it for years just out of loyalty to privately owned businesses, but will never do business with this guy again. If I was a betting man I'd say 100% liberal, "do as I say not as I do." Do yourself a favor and just walk across the street to BCR, they are much more humble, pleasant, and fair in their pricing, and knowledge is even better as they have experts in guitar restoration who are happy to speak with you. Walked in to ask about cases. The owner claimed he didn't have any cases (there were hard cases with price tags right on the floor next to the counter) and proceeded to ask us what model guitar it was for. When we engaged, he went on a rant about the quality of the guitar we bought and how he doesn't carry anything that's also sold on Amazon. I didn't visit your store to be lectured because you don't like the manufacturer of the guitar we bought. We left as he was ranting about 'quality' guitars and how he's been open for 32 years and people all over the state visit his store and how great his bass playing is. If the owners ego wasn't so big we may have also inquired about an amp, but I didn't feel like listening to his BS any longer. Get over...

Scott was absolutely freaking amazing!!! Very knowledgeable, very experienced, very kind and very helpful. He gave my son & I an amazing deal on a guitar & amp & threw in books & picks & a strap & a tuner & new strings & probably more. He loves music & wants to share that love with others & be a good musical resource to those who need one.
