McDonald's — Restaurant in Lemoyne

I wish I could give this place a zero! Yesterday at about 7pm I got a drink from the drive thru. I asked for diet...the button was pushed in and everything ...guess what no diet! I do not ask for a diet drink just for the hell of it. I am diabetic. As are many other people! Every evening after work my husband works he stops and gets something to eat plus he brings me home a drink. He is there so often everyone usually knows he gets himself a coke light ice and a diet coke light ice. Four hours after the first incident he stopped not knowing about the earlier mishap. He asked "Is this the Diet" and he was told yes...again the button was pressed in. He brings it home and once again NOT DIET! I am not a rocket scientist by any means but I would assume filling up a damn cup and marking the right drink is not too terribly hard. Maybe you need to retrain your people or maybe get someone working there who is at least literate enough to read COKE and Diet COKE. I am sure I am not the only diabetic person this has happened to....once I get mistake....twice is just stupidity...

I was gonna use my receipt to do the review however I lost it in my car somehow, therefore I have decided to contact thru this website. I went there (drive thru) around 2 am with my son. We had some vehicle issues and had to wait for a tow truck for a long time near by. We were hungry and tired. We started looking for a fast food restaurant open near by and found this location. I drove thru the drive thru and was looking at the menu on the board. Then we heard a young lady's (Named Tiffany?) voice trying to get our order. Okay.. so it was 2 am in the morning. I was expecting to hear someone with "very tired voice, not even wanna be there working" kind of voice. NOPE!! She sounded so energetic and kind. I couldn't even believe what I heard. I really thought it was like I was there at 7 in the morning like "GOOD MORNING!" It was just amazing. Food were all hot and fresh. She was very nice! I just wanted to let you know that it was the best experience I ever had at McDonald's. I really wish I can get this kind of experiences every time. She needs to be...

I placed an order in the drive thru. After I paid, I proceeded to the 2nd window to pick up the food. The food was waiting for me. Once I got it, I looked inside the bag & noticed it was the wrong order. I handed it back to the young guy & told him it wasn't my order. I told him what my order was. Then he handed me the correct order, but the bottom of the bag was all wet & sticky (likely sat on the soda counter) & it started to rip. I told him about it & asked him for another paper bag. Once I got the bag, I transferred my food over. I handed him the soggy bag and asked him if he can throw it in the trash for me. He said "No, I can't take it" and told me that there are trash cans in the restaurant & another one far out in the parking lot. Then he shut the window.
