Krystal — Restaurant in Lenoir City

To begin with, this review is being written due to the fact that I feel future customers, management and the corporate office should be aware that my family and I absolutely love Krystal's but the particular Krystal's in Lenoir City, Tn was a total joke tonight. We literally sat in the drive-thru behind 10 other inpatient customers, while we all watched the employees goof off outside on their phones and smoking cigarettes. By the time they decided to go back inside and start taking orders, 4 cars had left the drive-thru, therefore, the company lost that profit and from where I was sitting, the employees did not wash their hands before taking orders and preparing food. When we finally were able to order, the employee working the drive-thru was extremely rude and so I'd give all negative stars on customer service. I've worked in management positions much of my life, and although product is the moneymaker, I truly believe customer service, especially great customer service, is actually what seals the deal a large portion of the time for companies like Krystal's. The whole situation should not have taken place and those employees should be rather ashamed for not doing the job the company pays them to do. The Krystal's in Lenoir city is usually OK and I would rate it higher but I have had 2 times I have went there after work once about a month and a half ago there is a manager named Shawn or Sean he was working I ordered a bag of chicks 12 of them the told me it would be 5 minutes and to pull forward. After a 30 minute wait I pulled back to the window and he tried to relate girl in the window I had already got my order. I demanded a refund they tried to make me sign something before I got a refund. Which I didn't do since I did nothing and it was there fault I didn't get my food. I didn't want my name on a list. Well 2 nights ago I go in after work again and the same crew is there I ordered 24 Krystal's. The girl told me 3 or 4 minutes and I was like OK. There was a car in front of me they pulled forward and Shawn comes out and he takes there food and makes them sign the paper. Well when they left the girl pulled me forward. Again waited over 20 minutes and had 5 cars come in and leave while I waited for my food. When I go there and another crew is working never have this problem. But Shawn's crew is no good. I am calling the restraunt manager on Monday as well...

I've literally never had worst service from any restaurant. The worst part was it was the manager. She wouldn't greet us when we came in, she kept looking at us but refused to take our order for about 8 minutes. Then someone else came up from the cook line and took our order and filled our order. Then she threw our food on the counter but didn't say what it was or who it was for. I said excuse me ma'am, is this my food. Her response was how should I know I don't know what you ordered. Then I asked how she was going to fill my order if she didn't know what the order was. She was nothing but an attitude and a problem and should be replaced immediately. When I try to ask her how she can talk to customers like that, also asking aren't you the manager? She turned her back on me and refused to say else. If there were zero Stars, I would give this restaurant zero Stars. She was also rude to every other customer that came through the drive-thru. The lobby was entirely empty.
