Everytime I come to this location something is messed up and I receive horrible service. But this past time has been the cherry on top. The Night manager was rude and sarcastically nice after she could tell we were upset. We ordered 2 apple pies, 2 pumpkin, 2 LG Cokes and a LG Swt Tea. We receives 3 pumpkin and 1 apple. We went back through the DT for the guy at the window to tell me they didn't have anymore and it would be a 10 minute wait. FIRST of all, why weren't we told that to begin with and them not wanting to do their job correctlyand to just send us on with the wrong food. Then we come back through the DT again after waiting 15 minutes for the correct order to have to deal with the guy slamming the window shut to get our refund and the manager coming over to demand the food back and then proceeded to say we told you you'd have to wait. I then said, yes for the apple pie that we didn't get.. and you gave us pumpkin. She then gave us a sarcastically nice attitude after I let her know we were upset for a good reason. This is unacceptable at any restaurant, and also the fact that the guy at the window was constantly wiping his mouth and then handing things out the window is a health code violation and plain disgusting. I need to be contacted immediately but the General Manager so she can understand just exactly why I am upset and why I will more than likely not return to her store. Also I would like to be contacted by cooperate for the lack of customer service and rudeness of staff. Being professional is simple at your job. I do it every day. Read moreOrdered a sausage egg biscuit on the kiosk. Wanted to get the real egg instead of the fake one, but the kiosk gave me no option to substitute it. Went ahead and ordered it, then told the cashier if they could let the kitchen know before they made it. Was told there's nothing I can do. You can talk to the manager if you want. Then went back to talking to his fellow cashier. Asked if they could please just walk around the corner and let the kitchen know. He threw his hands up, got sassy, and told the other cashier " ugh. Just handle this." Then walked away. She told 3 other people who just looked at me like I was stupid. They then handed me the incorrect meal and walked away. At this point figured it wasn't worth the effort to get it fixed. Wouldn't wanna inconvenience the crew more than it seemed I already had. I'll never eat at this McDonald's again.

Read moreSeven years ago this McDonald's was very clean, the food was hot and fresh, and overall it was one of the best McDonald's at which I've eaten. However, for the past three years things have gone downhill. The restaurant is often filthy, empty booths and tables have food and refuse on them and in the seats, and the men's restroom is generally always dirty. Recently, I went into the men's room and there was blood everywhere...seriously, it looked like a miniature massacre had occurred, and I'm glad I went in "after" I ate. I came out and told an employee about it and all I got was a weak "OK" and look that implied "so what".
Several of my recent orders arrived with incorrect condiments, and one order was completely wrong. The french fries seem to have more tiny pieces in them than any other McDonald's at which I've ever eaten, and I've been a fan of the McDonald's restaurant chain since I first tried it nearly 60 years ago.
I sincerely hope the owner of this restaurant recognizes this review as factual, not just a one-time bad experience. I will continue to patronize this restaurant, but I hope it...
