I normally don’t ever write reviews unless a place is really great or in this case absolutely horrible. The service we received here yesterday was awful. Being someone who has worked in the customer service industry for a very long time, I was enraged with how we were treated. With it being the day after Christmas and knowing that many places are struggling with staffing shortages, we figured there was going to be a wait which was fine. We ended up waiting almost 40 minutes (after being told it was only a 15ish minute wait) to be seated. We had a party of 6 and was seated at a 4 person table. The girl at the front seated us and offered to push together two tables so we could be seated more comfortably but when our waiter came (I don’t remember his name but he was incredibly rude the whole time right from the jump. He has long, brown, hair and it was in a pony tail) said “No we can’t do that you can sit here or wait for another table.” Mind you, it was the table that was unoccupied the whole about 2 hours we were there. My Mom proceeded to tell 3 different people there including our server, that it was my birthday and asked kindly if they could bring out a piece of cheesecake so my party could sing to me. Two of the waitresses said of course not a problem and our server again with an attitude, said “Oh I don’t know about that but I’ll see.” He then came to the table another 3 times still without the cheesecake and the last time he came back with the check and rudely said I need a signature for the card and walked away. Read moreFirst I will say through this whole ordeal, the manager stayed a coward, and never came to my table through this horrific experience. I'm absolutely disgusted with this visit. If I could take stars off their other ratings, I would. It was my first and will be my only visit to this location. The food was "ok" and my waitress was kind. But she forgot to submit my order to the kitchen, so after about forty minutes, me and my girlfriend sat there as our other friend got their food. Ten minutes later, they figure it out. Another fifteen minutes go by, and then a waitress says in the background "did you take my steak?" asking another waitress. That waitress replied "sorry, let me check," and proceeded to the couple's table, begins to reach over the man. Says "he hasn't touched it yet, it's ok" and was about half a foot away from the man's steak when I yelled out "don't touch his steak, leave it with him!" I was appalled (so was this other gentleman) that they would actually try to take food back from a person after presenting it to them. How rude. They then figured out that it was not our steak, but ours was on it's way with the fajitas. The whole while, all of our drink cups were empty (45 minutes like this). Read moreI've been going here off and on regularly for a long time. I don't usually modify orders as what they have on what I order works for me perfectly. My girlfriend on the other hand is not so lucky and has a severe gluten allergy (to the point of hospitalization if consumed). I placed a pick up order and was very clear about this allergy. A manger even took the call and placed the note on the order. When I went to pick up my food, the tortilla was made with flour not corn (one is gluten based one is not and the difference is obvious to anyone who cooks with them). They took it back and had it remade only to again be made with flour tortillas. Normally I would not have an issue with this but this is a severe allergy not just a dislike which this kind of mishandling twice makes me very concerned about how they are handling food allergies. While they had to remake it (twice) my food just got colder and colder to the point that I had no choice but to heat it up or eat it cold. I will give credit where credit is due as they did take some items off of my bill, however not ensuring that an allergy based order that has an obvious note to what it needs to be, is being made correctly is very concerning so hence the reason for this very long review.
