I am a long-time customer of this place I’ve been in the Leominster area for over 10 years this was one of my sons favorite places god rest his soul-to enjoy with his friends from church on a Saturday nights so I continue trying to visit either for lunch or for a date which is what I did last night and unfortunately was embarrassed by whoever was attending or being management on Sunday night December 12 because I felt the our mai tai drink that were served were sour to my taste I decided I wanted to order something else and as my date went up to the bar to have order another type of drink for me the manager proceeded to be loud explaining that that Mai Tai is the one that they always serve for many years it was embarrassing to the point where the waitress Daniela I believe was her name had to interfere and let them know that is the guest privilege to choose another drink I have to say the food is amazing the waitress was excellent apologetic and at the end of the night said manager made it up by attending at the end with kindness and jokes but please know that I only posted this for training purposes so I hope that the owners of this place can train people to be kind and respectful not loud and obnoxious when I guess refuses to drink something they do not like at that moment but I do love the place it’s gorgeous the entrance amazing and I’ve never had an issue until this day and I hope to God I won’t have an issue next time that I come in...
Read moreOne word. Gross. This describes just about everything about this place. The food, the dining room, and especially the bathrooms. We had the buffet for this visit. $16 and some change so rather inexpensive. They did have a couple of "islands" with your typical staple of selections. Teriyaki chicken, lo-mein, Rangoon, rice, and the rest of the usuals. There was a few sushi selections as well. Lo-mein was just "ok" and the rice was garbage. Everything was all around VERY dry, overcooked, and tasteless. The only real star of the show here was they had a soft serve machine that you could help yourself with. Of course with that came the machine breaking down.... I've had worse food at other Asian places throughout the country, but this was certainly the worst I've had in this region. Not sure how this place has stayed in business as long as it has. To top it off when to wash up in the bathroom afterwards and felt dirtier after leaving there. They have stainless steel walls in the bathroom that have obviously not been cleaned in several months if not years. Gross. If you're looking for cheap dry Asian food this would be your place, if you're looking for tasty food with no doubt that you won't leave with an illness You may want to look elsewhere....
Read moreThis year we wanted to get Chinese for Christmas for a change. My husband wanted to try this place instead of our usual. Unfortunately we were both disappointed. The only good things were the peking ravioli and gyoza. I also really enjoyed their sweet and sour sauce, but thought the chicken that came with it wasn't good. I don't know if maybe it was the oil it was fried in? It was just disappointing as a Christmas dinner. We usually get a lot of things when we order Chinese so we have lots of leftovers. I couldn't bring myself to eat them. I had pork fried rice and veggie lo mein and neither tasted that good so I threw them out. My husband ate one of his dishes, but ended up throwing out the garlic lamb. The crab rangoons were weird. The boneless spare ribs were very fatty and pretty bland. My husband said it was one of the worst egg rolls he's ever had. I don't normally write reviews, but our experience was so bad I felt I needed to. This was the first time I've ever thrown out Chinese food leftovers. We were hoping it'd be good, but unfortunately were...
