I have been ordering here since I was a kid. The orders are usually wrong and we never complain. We just call and get the correct order. However tonight 11/14/21my mother called in an order for Buffalo wings which are usually cooked in Buffalo sauce. She explained there was a gluten allergy and the person who took the order said nothing. When the order was received, it was chicken wings fried, which a gluten intolerant person can’t eat. When my mother called back the manager was really rude and was arguing with her. My mother said she wasn’t trying to cause a problem or be difficult. Instead of the manager saying how can we fix it or sorry for the miscommunication, she made my mom feel stupid. My mom would have simply just ordered some thing else and payed for it. No one here was asking for a free handout. I can’t tolerate how rude and unprofessional this was. I get people have bad days, but this was ridiculous. Honestly prefer not to order...
Read moreI normally love Athens, but the North Leominster location is not like the Central Street location. Pizza is comparable, but this is the third time subs are very thin on ingredients and not worth what you pay. I called to bring it to their attention and was told "I made it myself..three pieces of ham and tomato. That's what you get." Is that a sub (yes a small but still) or a sandwich you make at home? Two pickles barely any lettuce and one slice of tomato? Same issue with cheeseburger sub. It takes me a lot to complain, but I do this because the North is affecting their overall brand as Central Street is consistent and I have been a loyal customer. Get on the same page as I will never go to the North location again..and living by Doyle field..it was at least 3-4 times a week. Now that sub business is going to TC Landos who though not as convenient location wise to me in the way home always is excellent. Thanks for taking the time to review...
Read moreMy mom called in her food at 5:04PM and they told her it would be ready in 25 minutes.. She got there at 5:22 and they said it would be a little longer so she waited for a half hour until she went back up again & asked when the food would be ready. They said it would still be longer & my mom waited an extra 10 minutes until she got her food 1 HOUR LATER and the manager came to “apologize” and basically implied that it was her fault for having a large order and when my mom said she was told it would’ve been 20-25 mins she gave her attitude, & made her cry. We have been going here since I was a toddler & have always loved it but I will now not be ordering from there again. Our food was cold, subs burnt, and we are usually laid back people as all of us have worked in customer service, but this ridiculous.
