I've been eating at Moe's, especially the Leominster location, for years. From dining before/after various jobs or just wanting something quick to eat, Moe's would often be a top choice to pick. After getting burned from poor experiences from the one near my current job, I wanted to swing by my local one to to see how much better they are. However, I wish I could say it was the case. To give this location credit, the staff are normally friendly and responsive, and the location is clean. That's about all the good I can say though. Endemic to all Moe's locations now is a decline in food quality and increase in price. Where I would normally pay sub $20 for what I would typically order, I am now paying about $25. I only paid just under that today because the staff who made my order didn't give what I requested. When it came to my order, a steak burrito, the steak had little flavor and was fairly tough. The cheese, which used to be a mix, is now what seems to be just a single cheese. The rice, firstly, had a mix of either old or improperly cooked rice with the normal stuff, as there was a fair amount of hard and crunchy rice within. Secondly the flavor of the rice overpowered everything in the burrito. The steak, the cheese, the veggies, hell even the queso, all lost under the taste of the rice. To make things worse, the preparation of my burrito. Of the few ingredients I requested, I did not get everything, like the lettuce. I also struggle to call my burrito a burrito, because due to the member of staff preparing it, it was more a quesadilla just rolled and folded extra into something vaguely burrito shaped. Attached is a photo of my "burrito" that unrolled itself revealing how the staff member prepared it. On that note, the staff, in particular the staff around who prepared my order, as there were a few others but were in the back and thus weren't involved. When I responded to the individual who greeted me and asked what I would like, they proceeded to pass it off to a different member, after barely even saying what I was supposedly getting. Which was also incorrect as they told the one preparing that I was getting a bowl, to which I had to correct them that it was a burrito. And of course you have the missing ingredients, as well as incorrect additions, as was given the wrong size drink than what was requested. In addition, the staff still there was requested by whom I presume is a manager to clean the tables near where I was sitting as they were leaving for the day, with no response and blank stares, although one member did actually go and clean.

Edit: Response to Moe's:. You may not typically put salt on the steak when cooking it but someone that was working there last night did and put a ton of salt on it. As I mentioned I've been to this location a ton of times and this time the steak was extremely salty. There is absolutely zero denying this as other customers were complaining about it as well. Lastly unless whoever is responding is clearly not filling every queso cup that is bought and you will get a half full cup when buying a large the majority of times. Period. It's weird because Moe's is typically generous with portions but not with queso. Also, this post is primarily about the salt that was added to the meat. Regardless of whether Moe's policy is to salt or not

This Moe's location is usually very good and typically I would of given a 4-5 star review.

Unfortunately tonight Thursday aug-25-2022 we came in to eat and the steak for the burritos had been extremely over salted. When I say way to much salt I mean, literally way to much salt and not the typical amount of salt from steak, salt from seasoning, etc. I'm talking like whoever cooked it on the grill literally must of accidentally dumped over the salt container or forgot that they salted it and added more.

There was no returning it and asking to make a new one because it would of just been another salty steak burrito. Very disappointed and I will not be coming back for awhile due to having my Moe's fix for awhile after eating a quarter of burrito and throwing away the rest.

2 burritos, one with extra steak, came to 26+ dollars after tip. I should of just throw that money out of the window. It was that bad and salty. Service was ok. Usually better, but anytime this crew works together you get just ok service due to rushing people through and a whatever attitude. The girl cashing people out was super nice though.

Again this moe's location is typically good food and service as long as the two people who were making burritos aren't working together or next to each other. Also they do always cheap out with queso and only fill your large queso up half way. So better to get a small than pay for large for the same amount in a big cup. Never a issue with burritos here...

Update 7/7/2021

I picked up my three stackers and burritos bowl. Two stackers we're not labeled as asked and the third one couldn't read it. Had to make a mess opening them apart then find out one of them wasn't even what we ordered. My friend only eats chicken so it wasn't good trying to find out which one had which meat inside. We ordered a chicken, steak and pulled pork and one of them had ground beef corn, the wrong beans and other stuff. Wasn't at all what we ordered. Also they didn't give any salsa again even though I checked it off. They gave me all these chips but no salsa! You would think after spending 50_ they would remember to throw in a few m Then when I called to tell them about the missing salsa and stackers not being marked the guy on the phone didn't seem to be sorry . I spent all this money and I'm very disappointed and use to really like it but now I won't be ordering from them for a while.

Placed an order tonight on GrubHub 4/2021. Was suppose to come with free chips and salsa. Didn't receive any salsa so I am unable to rate their salsa however the guacamole was amazing as well as the queso however I wish there was more jalapeno in it. Only saw one little price of jalapeno in the whole bowl I got . The stack I got was pretty good.

Update I ordered again tonight.5/2/31/2021 All four stackers none of them had any salaam I spent 73 and none of them were labeled what meat and none had salsa. Kind of upset , when I do the link on the receipt to talk about my experience it says they no longer...
