Sat down to sticky, crummy tables in the play place (every single one, no exaggeration) and floor, after watching an employee "clean" them, which means she did a crap job. Looked around all edges and corners of the play area... Literally littered with junk, garbage, wrappers, food bits and crumbs. I went to get lids for our cups, and the lid holder was caked with old soda syrup and food crumbs... Black sticky nastiness. We drank our beverages without lids. Decided to give the bathroom a try, and didn't even get to use that because one toilet had a giant roll of toilet paper thrown in it, and another was filled with vomit. Walked in my sticky shoes over the the manager who I explained how disgusting the restaurant was to, and all she did was roll her eyes and say "yeah we need to clean it" and send an employee in there. You mean to tell me that less than health code standards isn't a reason to reprimand the employees responsible for keeping things clean? To top it off, I went back in for my child and husband into the play place, and it took us a good five minutes to clean our garbage, get her out of the play place and get her shoes on, yet the employees that were standing around laughing and chatting without a customer in sight STILL didn't come out and clean the area where my children play. Talk about gross. I hope a mystery shopper from corporate shows up today, and I will be calling the health department and corporate. So. Absolutely. Gross! I don't care if you are a fast food restaurant, and people expect McDonalds to be dirty... I don't, and won't, ever go there again. You're still serving ready made food, and in that disgusting environment you're going to get sued for making...
Read moreI tried to order 12 cheeseburgers at 8pm with no one in line behind me and 1 car at the window. I was told this would be an inconvenience as they were short staffed. When I calmly asked to speak with the manager and she confirmed the inconvenience I asked for her name, was refused, told to hold on, next thing you know an officer was knocking on my window asking if I had a problem... if ordering 12 cheeseburgers at McDonald's and asking for a managers name is a problem, then yes, I have a problem. I pulled into a parking space to explain what had transpired, to my shock and surprise, the manager refused to come to the door when the officer knocked on the glass windows. He had to flash his light into the building repeatedly in order to get their attention.. he was furious when he came back to my window and advised me to go to the police station in the morning and request the callers information, Stephanie, based on the freedom of information act. Long story longer, the managers never returned my call, corporate never responded. I'm more ashamed that my honor roll student athlete minority son saw this terrible business with no ethics or quality customer service. I certainly don't want him to get a first job and think this is acceptable behavior ever, anywhere, anytime... I have a large family, fast food runs between $60 and $100, easily every visit. I would think that would make me a valuable customer. Disappointing to say the very least...I...

Came in here to pick up some food for my grandson through the drive-through. The young lady on the speaker was very rude. When I get up to the window I asked to speak to the manager and the other girl that was at the window acted like she was gonna come through the window after me. I told her I said I want to speak to the manager, not you and she was I could not believe it, it blew me away by how this young lady spoke to me in front of my grandson. She said I don’t have to go anywhere and went on to say you are here eating OUR food. I will be contacting corporate on Monday morning the manager, which was just as bad they were all standing there laughing this kind of service in this country needs to stop and the managers that are allowing it is uncalled for. McDonald’s as a corporate fast food chain you need to Stop allowing this kind of behavior in...
