Wendy's — Restaurant in Leoni Township

If you have an hour to wait in line they average 1 car every 5 minutes staff says there hiring there polite and nice but should not take this long. Weeks later on another chance same thing

And another chance today now they changing there hours not opening until 12:30 but have 11am listed on there windows. I do NOT recommend this location at all very slow expect to spend 45 mins thru the drive through even if only a few cars

Update 4 months later. I haven't another try. 40 min wait and then I ordered my food and they said it was not gonna be ready for 15-20 more minutes and it was just a bowl of chili or should I say they never had the nerve to tell me. The person behind me had to tell me this as they ordered the same thing. They really need to close this place down. If your on lunch break then you can just kiss the time goodbye. So one year later it's still the same problem and they had parking lot full of employees this time.

I give them negative stars they don't...

Be very aware of the drive-thru at this location. I went through on Thursday October 15 at 8:30 PM, and part of my order was missing, that required a second trip. Upon returning home the second time found 1/4 pound singles with only the cheese, burger, and bun. They were absent of the lettuce, tomato etc. I called the manager to complain but hung-up because I had already waited too long on the phone. All of this after the woman argued there was no such thing at Frosty shakes. There always have been Frosties and Frosty shakes, until this point in time. Argumentative, no quality control, and very very slow service.

Tonight, I went to this same location, they were out of chili and tomatoes at 8:30 PM. I've never heard of a Wendy's run out of chili etc in my entire life. I will never come to the East. Michigan Wendy's ever again. I figured it was a blessing, because that means going to McDonald's instead of having to verify sack contents from Wendy's before leaving drive-thru....

i usually go to the drive thru a little later at night when i get a crave for ice cream. i love the little sundae they had with Ghirardelli cookies in it, oh man thats soo good!!. i had one of those craves the other night, i got to the menu and i saw they had a new one birthday cake with sugar cookies its sounds ok but im more of a chocolate connoisseur so i was a little bummed and thought well my dog dotty would like the sugar cookie and ill buy the double chocolate one to put in the sundae. i kinda was making my own sunday in my head and a little out loud when the cashier suggested that he could make my sundae and he would try to make me happy. i was like whaaat? oh my how sweet, and rare!! usually drive thru is wham bam and sometimes you dont get it your way. lol i wanted to say that guy made me the best little sundae of chocolatey heaven. Thank You for taking the time to make me happy, you are awesome! i wish i knew his name but he knows who he is....
