Hardee’s — Restaurant in Lewisburg

To start off, I had pretty low expectations to start with when I stopped here along my route. To my surprise I learned rock bottom has a basement and in it is this Hardee’s. You would have thought I just stopped in to visit grandma In the old folks home with the expressionless empty stares I was greeted with by the counter girl and her counter part guzzling down ice cream beside her. While giving my order I could help but feel like she had no clue what was going on around her, after repeating my order three times I resulted to just saying the combo number. (For context I am a 29 Male from Ohio who speaks clear English) I then proceeded to wait roughly 20ish minutes for my order with the only entertainment being counter girl two smash what appeared as a hot fudge Sunday supersized in front of me. Finally, my order was ready as counter girl one slide the tray over the counter to me as if she was an android with no personality. I was not dining in so perhaps it was my mistake not saying I needed the order to go so I can’t hold that against them. What I was not expecting was to be tossed a paper bag and told to bag my order as if this was Walmarts self check out kiosk. When asking if I could get a few ketchup packets, counter girl 1 & 2 both had disappeared and left me to run the counter apparently. Food was well, to be expected. I think next time I’ll take my chances with hunt brothers pizza at the shell...

Spent $20 on a meal for my wife and I, and they completely messed up the order. I called to let them know and they said not a problem and to come back when ready to have order replaced. Week later I go in and the girl at cash register says she needs to verify with her manager which by the way there was no manager on duty ( she had to call) 5 minutes later she comes back and says her manager told her to offer me one burger from the entire order and that's all I'm allowed. I was dumbfounded and she said that's all she can do unless I want to come back tomorrow and talk to a manager, I said I'm not coming back and to get her manager on the phone. Another 5 minutes and I'm speaking with the manager for another ten minutes while she argues with me about the situation. She finally agreed to cover the meals minus our drinks which we had to pay for. She made me give her my name and number to get to the bottom of what happened, I was completely done. Horrible food/ very bad customer service/ and incompetent management!!!! Do not go to this Hardee's Also there burgers taste...

I came there for breakfast this morning. I've never had really an issue before today but Seriously this was ridiculous. So I know I had a large order of 3 chicken biscuits, a ham egg cheese biscuit and a Frisco sandwich biscuit. So they tell me to pull forward. We wait about 10 mins. And no order. I go in and the lady says they still have 2 mins on the chicken, im exasperatedand tell her, Ok but I have to get someone to work like 5 minutes ago, so I go out to let them know they still have 2 mins and they already have less than 10 now to get to work. I go back in and the Woman working says OH the chicken lady is back. I'm like excuse me? She asks me if I'd like my order now? And I'm like yes that's what I'm here for. And I still have to wait like 5 mins while they get it ready. So I wasted almost 20 minutes here because the KAREN behind the counter wanted to be a smart@$$ with me. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL...
