Silver Dragon — Restaurant in Lewisburg

ETA: For the past several months, take out 2 to 3 times a month or more pending family craving, our orders are missing food items. We called the last 3 times and are at our vacation home on the river, 40 min away and told we can go back to get say 1 soup missing or 2 eggrolls missing et They are small number of items missing but they are the necessary ones especially when my son eats the eggdrop soup as his main meal. Anyhow, we went back for another meal takeout and told the gentleman owner about the call and our soup and egg roll missing. He said no receipt, no. We told him the young lady we spoke to the week before took our name and said no problem and apologized to get that when we come back. Now 1 month ago is the last time 3 of the 4 of us will eat there. 1 plated meal, the following mid-afternoon had mold grown on the noodles entering into the meat portion and the least worry was them forgetting my son's egg drop soup and one egg roll. I called and spoke to the gentleman owner, he yelled at me, denied it could grown mold within 24 hours and I had someone bring it back up to the restaurant so he could see and keep this low key. He then got aggressive to the gentleman who showed him my meal box and in front of others made a big deal about this himself and told him that our family is not allowed back to eat there and he won't serve us. Well, my mother was not having this and contacted him. I didn't go public with this but WE ARE STILL FLOORED because everything has been perfect since they opened! Anyhow, I can not imagine eating here, even if it was a one time something bad because of the growth I saw and smell on my noodles. We could have checked orders before leaving which would have been fine for what we received. I'm so disappointed in how he spoke down and treated us 3, when we tried to help them!!!!! My son can't unsee my penicillin fuzzy smell growth on my food and the gentleman who gets our meals will not go back because of the owners lack of professionalism and angry tone saying he doesn't want our business and won't serve our family. The people are so nice here and friendly! The food is never greasy or overly oily to an excess. We do not go to a buffet in this County anymore as they've all gone down hill, are overpriced, monitored by employees & disgusting quality of food that hits the pan. Our family has now started coming here for takeout Chinese food and it's delicious and is seasoned well. First time customers. Being from Union, we don't usually do take out from Lewisburg, but have our favorite dine-in places there and in wss. I was driving in from out of state yesterday and decided to grab take out to have when I arrived home. My order was taken by the nicest young man and his sister. The last thing I said when I left was " if their personality is any reflection of their food, I would definitely be back". Well, we WILL definitely be back. Hands down the best Chinese food I can remember having. I got the gen tso, rice, 2 egg rolls and h/s soup. My wife got the shrimp lo main and egg drop soup and we got 2 cream cheese rolls. In Lewisburg for the weekend and my husband and I needed dinner. We were staying at a hotel nearby and wanted some takeout as we didn't want to have to go out again with our newborn. I'm generally wary of trying out new Chinese restaurants without knowing what friends/family think of them as my experience is that they're either amazing and make you rethink your list of best Chinese restaurants on the planet, or they're terrible. The reviews for this place are fantastic so we took the dive - and WOW, this was one of those great experiences.
