House of Pizza — Restaurant in Lewisburg

La Casa de Pizza is an old favorite of mine, going back to my freshman year in college. For twenty years I have counted on these folks for a consistently good roast beef grinder, a mushroom/meatball spaghetti and garlic bread! If they had an off day, I really can't remember it. It's a simple place with a simple menu. They serve the local folks more so than the college crowd in the store. That may be different in their delivery business.

The prices have been very fair here, wait times are never too long, and they are open late. Add to that two clean bathrooms for patrons and you have a pretty great establishment.

A couple of areas for improvement: the entrance is not accessible, stroller or wheelchairs would be hard/impossible to bring in. They have a high chair for kids, but there is only one and it wasn't available when I visited with the family. I don't think they get too many little ones, and the menu isn't catered for children either.

Once again im happy with the food its great, but not my customer service. My husband and me took my child there for supper today and the young girl with dark hair is talking about being hungover from getting drunk the night before!! My husband had to explain to my four year old that being drunk is bad. He said daddy whats drunk can I be drunk. What do you say to a child!! As an employee I think thats a trashy way to act while you are working, and does not show maturity on her part. Especially talking that way in front of my child. I have already complained about the same employee there. I do not know her name because they do not have name tags but shes young has dark hair and acts like she hates her job.. the last time it took her five minutes to stop talking and take my order then she was rude.
