We hadn't been to BoJack's for awhile so we decided to go tonight January 15, 2021. We called ahead to see if they had any tables. They said yes they had a table it was busy but if we got there soon we could snag it. We got there in 5 mins at 5:30 and got the last open table with our party of 5. We happily ordered drinks and talked joking with the waitress they got our drinks quickly within 10 mins of sitting down. They even brought our kids little plates of croutons with ranch. Then the waiting started... 30 mins in we got our salads. They were good, we hoped our bite size and prime rib would show up soon. At 1 hour 15 mins we had our spaghetti arrive at our table.we waited anxiously for our food to arrive. We should have asked at that point how much longer our food was going to be because our 2 and 4 year old were having a hard time because they were hungry and board. We understand that we couldn't be supplied with crayons for them because of COVID. We figured at that point we would ask for our food to go so we could get our kids home. At almost 2 hrs after arriving and being seated we got our food. Some got boxed in the kitchen for us and then we got to feed the kids a bit off my plate before leaving with our food. It was delicious and I wish I could have ate more. I really wish that when we got seated we would have been warned how long the food was going to take. We have never had our meal take about an hour and 45 mins after ordering it at BoJack's. I am sadly disappointed in them and wish they would better control their cook time. Especially if a family walked in with young children. They didn't offer to comp anything or try to make it right. The waitress tried her best to keep us happy and apologized but you could hear how stressed the wait staff was that night. We overhear them asking a senior waitress why food was taking so long. "Better to have people wait then push out poor food." She said. True but almost 2hrs in a restaurant is too long. I will be thinking long and hard if we will be going there again, especially...
Read moreThe food was really good, the salad could use a little more life to it. It was good, but it was just bag lettuce and croutons. We had the bite-size dinner. It was really good and stayed tender even after reheating the leftovers the next day. Love the staff they were very friendly and served us quickly. My husband and I really enjoyed our date night. Hopefully, the owners are reading this. If there is one thing that can be improved, it is the condition of the dining room downstairs. All flooring needs to be replaced desperately, including the leaning stairs leading down to the dining area. The carpet is drab, dirty, and very old. The dark green walls need a bit of attention, maybe a lighter color and some wall scrubbing. The ceiling could use a lighter shade as well. There was one moment during our dining experience when I had a slight panic attack because it felt like I was in a very small box under the ground. Lighter ceiling and wall colors with new flooring would really make the room feel bigger. I'll check back in a few months to see if any improvements...

My Husband and I celebrated our anniversary tonight....1st the escape room then down the street to BoJack’s. The Teriyaki steak was absolutely fantastic! The waitress “Sam” was very friendly and good at her job (as were the other workers). This dinner experience, is hands down the best we have had in years in the Lewis/Clark valley!
