Burger King — Restaurant in Lewisville

2024 Update: How is this place still in business? I pass it several times a day, and there’s no one there, (same over the years). You’d think corporate would want to step in to try to get customers back.

2023 Update: tried to visit again on Non rush hour. No car in back of me but was told to pull up and wait after paying for a whopper, no changes. Two cars already waiting and nobody in the line. This location is the only place in all of the years that I’ve been eating fast food that is consistently bad or made to wait. Guess the owners don’t care and the staff must be short a few people. It’s a shame corporate doesn’t visit often.

Rushed, abrupt, rude and incorrect order info. by window person (manager I believe) and no cars behind either so no need for rude rushed order. Asked for 2 for $5 items, added incorrect items that cost more. Paid, told to park in front (this location NEVER has given food at window, even for 3 french toast sticks). Delivered food, asked about wrong item in order, he shrugged and said 'yeah, ok', and walked off. Checked food, it was cold and dry meaning no sauces on double cheeseburger (2 for $5 request was for the extra long cheeseburger). No fish as per window employee, so asked for chicken sandwich. This has been constant there, but never to the level of rudeness for tatted older boy at window. This was my last stop. Previous window people were Latin American and very hard to understand (I speak Spanish and if I can't understand them, a typical customer will certainly not). Bad management and staff decisions in my opinion. Will NEVER stop...

No Stars for this location...It is 6:08 am, in the morning, the sign on the front door indicates they open at 6am, but the front door is locked. It 6:12am, I've been sitting outside for about 4 minutes waiting for them to come to the door. The woman inside saw me pulling on the door. It is 6:13am, I figured I would go through the drive-thru. At 6:16am, the first thing I hear at the drive-thru is just, "hello ?" after 3 minutes..!!! As if to see if I was there. No I'm sorry for the delay...no Welcome to Burger King...can I take your order!!! They didn't ask if I wanted eating utensils or any condiments in the bag. They of course did not put anything in the bag other than the grease covered items masquerading as food. The crossiants (bread) was smashed flat and grease oozed through the outer wrapping as shown in the photos. Even the kids refused to eat it!!! I waisted $20 at this restaurant and now I remember why I have never returned here after the last experience. I will make a mental note and written one too. This stuff had to be thrown away in trash. * Terrible food...really bad service... even the presentation of the stuff was just bad!!! Oh and it's about 6:35am..I am just leaving the...

The food at this Burger King is the standard quality that you'd expect from a fast food restaurant. The issue here is the service and staff. I went through the drive through at 11pm, placed my order and was asked to pull around the front to pick it up, even though there was nobody in front of me and only 1 person behind me (indicating a slow cook staff and they don't want to get dinged on delivery time). I pull up front, the "manager" comes out with 2 bags confusingly hands me one and says "I think this one is yours" and walks away. I check the bag, it has the wrong order. I go inside to tell them the order is wrong and the "manager" gives me attitude about it. All in all, horrible customer service and all over their own error. I will not only be giving them this review, but will be reporting the "manager" and this location to their corporate office. These reviews are all over the same issues at this location (rude staff and horrible service), I'm glad to know it wasn't just...
