I was not gonna write this until when I announced that 10000 people read my reviews a month and that she should be careful with her very nasty and poor attitude . I decided I was gonna ignore her arrogant behavior . But after thinking it over and really give it 5 minutes to check my own behavior . I decided my attitude was quit normal . One when I showed up she was very nice to arrogantly tell me that we do not take 100 dollar bills . I get 11 pm but at 445 on a Friday and you do not take my hard earned money ? So I went around the corner got cigarettes and came back . When I returned Her attitude went really south . The special I ordered is a 4 to 8 pm hot n ready order . And there was pizzas and bread sticks in the heat cabinets . Yet she chose to make me wait 15 minutes for my food . Then she servered the next three people behind me as I sat in my truck and watched her pull out the pizzas and the bread sticks . I would have went away in peace But when my order was finally ready . I went in to get it and she arrogantly told me I would have to wait for garlic sauce because this order does not include any . Because she had to fold boxes of pizza and fill up her hot n ready stove cabinet and she could not stop and sell me 3 garlic sauces I would have went away then and let her be rude and said nothing but . Then when I brought up her attitude and the fact that I am a Google guide . She became even more rude ... So I will say If you want to get hot n ready pizzas here . Good luck If you have 100 dollar bill and just got paid and have no change Forget about this place . If you want a smile and a good attitude from the services you pay for Do not go here with high expectations . I have this lady a way out of this comment and she took no time to consider I went through hoops to get pizza that your company promised will be hot n ready and it was . But she wanted to make me wait instead of the remaining 3 clients . I did not catch your name but you remember me . I hope if they fire you . You realize why . If they keep you around I will not come back . In fact Every time I pull into this store if you are there I will leave . And good luck with covering this review . Showed up 5 minutes early, no employees acknowledged me and order wasn't in pick-up bin, so I left after a couple minutes and came back 7 minutes after pick-up time. Order still not in pick-up bin and employees continue to ignore me as I wait at the register. Decide to double-check my email to make sure I have the right location. Email says "1288 MAIN ST, LEWISVILLE, TX 75067" which I then put into Google maps, which is a location 15 minutes away. Get frustrated that I went to the wrong location, drive there, see it's a soccer field, look back at the Google maps and see the Little Caesars I was at was "1288 W Main St, Lewisville, TX 75067", so apparently that W makes a difference, so it would be nice if the email included it. Drive back to original location, still no order in pick-up bin, wait at register. Someone finally comes up and I ask about an order under my name, he shrugs and says it should be in the bin, then starts talking to a different customer. See someone putting an order in the bin, so I ask if it has my name on it, he shakes his head. Wait for other customer to finish, but the other employee pulls out my order from a bin behind the counter, places it on the counter and looks at me, then walks away. My husband went and purchased two pepperoni pizzas he paid 1.75 extra for garlic butter, and Parmesan the girl put so much Parmesan you couldn't even see the pizza!!! My husband brought it home and I politely took it back until the manger decide he want to argue back and forth stating my husband said he wanted a lot when we been getting hot n ready's for years and never have we ever had to say that my husband came in and told the manger I didn't even deal with you it was a young lady. He go on and on and refused to give us another pizza and gave us our money back.
