Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Lewisville

My husband placed an order with this particular JJ at 7:50. We waited until 8:20 before I called them and inquired about our food. The woman on the phone stated that the driver just left 5-10 minutes ago, our food was first in line, and he should be there any minute now. I called them again 10 minutes after this because we live less than 3 minutes away. After explaining the situation the male put us on hold to "call his driver”. Ater being on hold for an additional 10 minutes my husband decided to just drive up there. As he walked in the music was so loud they didn't hear him come in, not to mention that my husband witnessed them BAGGING our food. When they finally took him off hold they heard an echo, turned around, and THEN noticed my husband. At first the male was going make an excuse but then chalked it up to a mixup (even though they stated multiple times it was on the way). They did void the transaction, but my husband told them to keep the food cause the Fuzzy’s Taco next door treats us better.,

For a transaction that should’ve only taken 10-15 minutes took nearly an hour. ...

I just had a bad experience at Jimmy John's. They were out of regular French bread and stated this however stated they had wheat or slim bread. I told them I was fine with wheat but when I received my order, it was regular bread, not French style bread and I told them I didn't feel comfortable paying this amount for regular bread and that I was under the impression it was still French styled bread that was wheat. I told them I would keep it but would like a small discount or even possibly a bag of chips since it's not my fault they were out of French bread but that I was expecting French styled bread that was wheat. I overheard the manager, Daniel Lopez, state he would take food back and refund but didn't even apologize or try to rectify this situation with an alternative solution. I feel it was very unprofessional and at minimal, he should of spoke to me or even offered something... a drink, but I suppose an apology wouldn't work either. Highly disappointed and sad I didn't get...

Horrible. I placed our food order 24 hours in advance, our food was supposed to be delivered by 10:00am. At 10:00am, no food arrived. Talked to the employee on the phone and he just gave me multiple excuses on why the food wasn't ready yet and they just started making our order at 10:15am. Unacceptable. I then drove to the store at 10:30am to try and pick up the delivery order to get it as fast as I could, and they still hadn't left with the order to deliver to us. As I loaded the order into my car, the employee had the audacity to tell me that he noticed their wasn't a tip on the receipt. No employee will ever receive a tip when the food order is very late. Way to rub someone the wrong way. I will not be ordering catering from this location again. The store had been open in plenty of time to make 10 sandwiches and deliver them to us at the allotted time. Very...
