This store has been my 'go to' for Shipley Donuts over the last 15 years. Today, I noticed some changes; new registers and new people. Opening the box, I see donuts that look more like grocery store donuts--smaller and a lot less fresh than the typically hot, fresh, soft donuts this store is known for; the donuts taste different too. Disappointing. New management? If so, please go back to the way the donuts were made before you started to make changes. The quality of your product is seriously lacking. Read moreWent in and was greated promptly started to give my dozen order and had to repeat the doughnuts several times because the employees we talking to eachother so much in between each doughnut. That doesnt bother me they were very friendly so I didnt question their work ethic until I got home and the milks I got were 5 days expired. I work in food and if have so for awhile and that doesnt happen unless you have lazy employees. I asked for light ice, the young man behind the register was doing this, but then the manager on duty stopped him in the middle of making my coffee to tell him he couldn't put less than 2/3 the cup of ice. When I asked the manager about this he said it's the owners policy. I asked to speak to the owner, gave my information, and waited 3 days before posting this.
