I went to taco hut at 1:30 AM with my mother. We ordered the number 1 Combo, 3 street tacos With everything and 2 More Street tacos. The number one came with the three tacos and one 32 ounce drink. The drinks were not from taco hut it, so it was from the gas station that was connected to Taco Hut. All of the drinks were flat, so me and my mother asked the man that took our order, if we can either get our money back or get one of their drinks that was in their actual kitchen. The man said that we can get a can drink. As me and my mother were looking at the different canned drinks, they were all 16 ounce canned drinks. Therefore, me and my mother got to Canned drinks that equal up to the 32 ounce drink that we originally paid for. As walking out of the store, the man stopped us and tried to get one of the drinks back. I asked for my money back for the drink, and he pulled out a dollar. The meal was already $15.88. I tried to explain to the man that 16+16 = 32 ounces which is the reason why we picked up two canned drinks to begin with. He did not give me my money back, so me and my mother walked out with two 16 ounce canned drinks that equaled up to the 32 ounce cup that we originally paid for. As me and my mother were leaving the man behind the counter in the gas station, try to chase after us for a drink that was indeed paid for. The Service was horrible. The man that was taking the orders, does not know how to do basic math and we will not be coming back. Read moreThey have some good items and some terrible ones. I hate the fact that you cannot order tortas without a side order of fries. The good items are delicious. The prices are a little too high. They do not wear masks ever, I'm a regular costumer and I've never seen them wearing masks except for one employee that wears it sometimes. They need to be more professional and restrain themselves from making inapropiate comments to costumers and between them. They should be happy that some of their costumers purchase food their many times a week instead of acting like they are tired of seen us, I would understand if a costumer is disrespectful but that's never the case, at least I have never witness that nor I have ever disrespected anyone there. THE OWNER REALLY NEEDS TO ADDRESS ALL THE ISSUES WE THE COSTUMERS ARE REPORTING. Read moreI used to come here a lot back in the day and stopped. So lately I've been coming back here and there to give them another try. Each time I come I see why I stopped coming to begin with. The meat keeps getting drier and drier. Yesterday my tortillas was double cooked and crunchy and tuff. My green salsa was spoiled smelled and tasted foul.🤢 I spent over $35 and tipped. I called up there to explain to them that their salsa was spoiled and no one could understand me and I couldn't understand them.
