NewSong Donut & Cafe — Restaurant in Lewisville

I love this place. My sister, who orders from them on a regular basis, recommended it to me. I've now come here a few times and have had nothing but positive experiences. The first time I went, I was tasked with picking up a huge order for the office. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kolaches and donuts were a hit with everyone. They all mentioned that they preferred NewSong to the location where my boss typically picks up. Today I had the club sandwich and iced mocha latte, and it was delicious. Will never go again. Went there this morning to get me and my team breakfast. I stood at the counter for 10 mins with my orange juice that I was going to purchase . No one greeted me or assisted me. They acted like I was invisible. The donut shop wasn’t busy at all. There was only one customer in there sitting down and 1 customer waiting to get coffee. It was 3 workers and one of them was sitting down by the counter eating food. Zero stars and I will never come to this...

Foods not bad but watch your bill on 3 occasions they tried to steal an extra dollar when I said something "oh no sorry she push wrong button" well not 3 times on 3 different occasions. Went back just to try again cause it is closest donut shop to work guy told me that kolache was fresh out of oven 5 mins ago (I don't do microwaves) it was cold straight lied to me.....well that's last time going there will drive out the way to find another...
