Ordered a pizza breadsticks and cookie at 6pm on the app. The app gave me an estimate of 7:20-7:30 for my dinner. At 7:45 I called to find out it was only just then going in the oven and was told it's my fault for using the app and if I would have called I wouldn't have been given a time but it still would have taken 2 hours for a 3 item order. And when I told the girl I wanted to cancel my order she just put me on hold for an additional 10 minutes (the average cook time for the pizza) before coming back and telling me it's ready now and asked if I'm sure I wanted to cancel. And then 5 more minutes to actually get confirmation of my order being cancel and the transaction voided. The lack of service is appalling... TLDR was shamed for using the app wait times are against store policy and 2 hour wait times or longer...

I literally counted 10 pieces of pineapple on a large deep dish, the bacon was crumbled and burnt to a crisp, hardly any ham. And NO sauce at all and little cheese, it was horrible. I know this Jets can skimp on toppings it's happened to me before, but this was the worst one ever.. I spent 40 bucks and a large tip on a pick up order no less. I will never spend a dime in that place again. It was beyond ridiculous. I also thought it odd that I ordered a cookie which I got, that was not listed on my bill?? Did you pocket the money for that?    Read moreThe staff needs to do some basic skills training for operating and ordering. If you are supposed to ask for a name with the order for pickup, then do so.
Don't argue with a customer because you don't have a name associated with and order, then blame the customer for not giving their name for the order. This has happened twice and one te it went out with another order.
If you're doing caller IDs and associating that one week, then going back to asking nothing to identify one order from another, then your business looks bad as they sent out customer's pizza to someone else due to no policy being followed.
