I have had okay experiences here before and usually great food. However today was completely different. My partner and I came by around 8:40pm (i’m sure if they checked cameras they would see when we pulled in, as there was already another person in front of us who was there before and didn’t get served food either) to get some food and we’re rudely turned away after sitting in the drive through for about 7 minutes not being greeted by anyone and pulling up to the window and sitting for a few minutes more with no one appearing we drove around again to see if the speaker box missed the car cue. As we drove around again we saw someone walk out turn off the open sign and when we got to the speaker box, it said they were closed, more than 10 minutes before closing time. We drove up to the window and knocked on it and someone asked us if we needed anything and we asked if we could order considering it wasn’t 9 pm and we had been sitting in the drive through for a while and they threatened to call the cops on us if we didn’t leave. It would’ve taken a few minutes for them to make our food and we would’ve been out of the drive through in a third the amount of time if they would have adequately done their job. That is terrible service whether you work at a high end steak house or even a fast food restaurant. Restaurants should be open until the listed time or they should list an earlier time if they can’t fulfill that. I feel worse for the guy who waited in front of us. Who knows how long...
Read moreJust left this location and highly disappointed. Would love to see this location think smarter during the Corona pandemic. My husband and I came through the drive-thru and they handed us a plastic number card to wait on our food, it was sticky and dirty when they handed it to us which makes it PRETTY obvious they haven’t been sanitizing something they hand to who knows how many people a day. Other places that used this method starting using paper post it nost numbers so there aren’t hundreds of people touching the same thing a day. Instead of properly making sure they had the order correct she asked “did you have the cheeseburger and stuff?”, whatever that means. They forgot our drink. Almost gave us the wrong order, luckily we caught it before driving off. We ordered chili cheese fries and they didn’t give us a fork. They Weren’t wearing their masks properly in the restaurant. The only good thing I can give them was the food was fresh and hot. Get it together...
Read moreI am a distracted mom who’s two year old doesn’t love being in the car. I ordered at the speaker and pulled up to the window greeted by a nice gentleman. He even asked me my total before I handed him my card but it didn’t click until the window was closed that that was not the right amount. When he brought me the receipt I explained I paid for the wrong order. He was incredibly polite and apologetic when the situation was mostly my own fault and probably ended up making his day more difficult because the line was long behind me. I didn’t even realize he had refunded me the full amount I paid for the order AND gave me my food for free until I pulled away (like I said, always distracted by my baby) - thank you to this gentleman for his customer service and his sincerity in a stressful situation. I didn’t catch his name but on my receipt it says order taker #3 - he was a tall slender young man. Needs to be more people like him...
