Order was chocolate concrete with strawberries and bananas so how are you going to look me straight in the face when I say I was handed the wrong one because it was just a cup of vanilla custard and say yes that’s the right one. They atleast asked me to pull around because they were going to remake it. Of course the response to me saying thank you when handed the correct one was just “yea”
Edit: it’s a couple days later and I’m still pretty salty about the experience I had. I normally don’t leave reviews no matter negative or positive experiences, but the attitude and the way I was treated just had me boiling. Normally, I go to the other Andy’s but I just happened to be closer to this one when I was thinking about getting some. Ladies, if you don’t want to have a decent attitude or at least pretend then you need to either be fired or go find a job somewhere else that you don’t have to come face to face with customers. You’d clearly enjoy it better elsewhere and customers would also enjoy it if you went elsewhere. Read moreGreat Dessert, but OUTSTANDING Customer Service! I took my Mom there for us each to have a child's sundae a few weeks ago. Got to the window after waiting a while in line. When I went to pay, I discovered that my debit card had EXPIRED and I had forgotten to activate/bring along my new one!! I didn't have enough cash with me to pay either, but DID have enough for ONE of them. So, I asked if Mom could just get hers and I'd go without (the least I could do as SHE was the reason we went to begin with). The cashier called the manager over to void the order... But to our surprise, instead he offered us BOTH of them with the understanding that we could "come back and pay me when you're able"! We made 100% SURE to come back the very next evening and pay him back personally, along with our unending gratitude! THAT is the type of customer service you just don't encounter anymore! TOP NOTCH! She should've put a lid on it for us if she was gonna short us that much. I've had 6bites of the sorry thing and have yet to taste even a hint of strawberry, let alone actually biting n2 one. I guess the reply from the owner was for show to make it look like they're concerned that our visit was awful because no one has ever replied to the email I sent them PER THEIR REQUEST! NOW I WILL MOST CERTAINLY NEVER RETURN.
