Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Lexington

I went with my fiancé and his family to this new Andy’s frozen custard location, and it was both tasty and neat!

This location is a frozen custard-like diner, as a stand-alone building. They have seating outside of the building, and the windows are purely for ordering. The design of the sign and neon lights everywhere make it quite the spectacle in the night.

Inside, you can see the staff hard at work, and the cool factory-styled dispensers full of custard! The staff member who helped me out at the window was so lovely and helpful.

I got the James Brownie Jackhammer custard, which is a mix of brownie pieces, vanilla and chocolate custard, and caramel. It was absolutely delicious!

I spoke with the Manger (Cindy) regarding my concerns and she was very dismissive and snark I asked the manager for Andy's corporates email address or the owners email to request that they put a heater outside for their employee like Chick-fil-A does instead she gave me corporates number to call.

Great custard! I worked at Culver’s for years and this custard is on par! Nice and silky smooth vanilla with a lovely sweet cream taste. The Oreo cheesecake shake was delicious, the turtle sundae was decadent and amazing, and the brownie sundae was great! The vibe is like a skater/hipster feel so that’s cute. Has an almost gazebo like awning with a few benches. Perfect for you to go out with friends and chill.
