Arby's — Restaurant in Lexington

Bought the 5 for 10 roast beef sandwiches in the drive thru last night. After my husband and I drove away, I opened a sandwich and took a bite and quickly spit it out. The meat was very spoiled. I just about threw up in the car. So I opened the sandwiches to look at the meat and they all looked absolutely nasty. Every sandwich had dried out meat on them. It looked as if the meat had layed out all day. So I called the store thwat e just left 5 minutes before to let them know I was coming back for a refund. Of course the drive thru employee did not give my husband a receipt when he paid with his debt card. Anyway, we went & gave the sandwiches back. They apologized and said they would try to refund the 10.70 back to our debit card but if it didnt work come back the next day. Well shocker..it didn't work. Went back the next day and the Mgr on duty said if you had the receipt we could refund it right now, like it was our fault. Then she said give it a few days, it may show up but if not come back. This is rediculous! I still can't believe that they gave us sandwiches that had dried out spoiled meat on them, then have to work so hard to hard...

OUT OF ORDER!! lol omg by far this is the WORST Arby’s ever. I don’t care for fast food but I do have a weakness for some Arby’s on occasion, but this location is TERRIBLE! THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF MULTIPLE THINGS ON ANY GIVEN DAY🙄 Most days they are out of Roast beef! lol omg that’s your headliner! lol The other night they were out of Roast Beef, ICE, bread, shakes, and something else I can’t recall so what can I get there? Lol Omg the person who does the ordering must be Hellen Keller. lol If you go there most people just start off with what don’t you have today because you know they are going to be out of something. They need to bulldoze this place level it and build a Whattaburger! lol This place can’t even sell drinks bc they usually have no ice! LMAO! #WORSTARBYSEVER! I do have to give a shout out to some of the poor staff that work there that are super nice and truly need to find better jobs elsewhere. You better than all that bc this Arby’s they ain’t got Da Meats! Or da ice or sometimes the bread, or maybe not the fries, and some days not the shakes… and other...

We came in to order and ate in the dining room. We ordered a kids meal with the coupon as it appears on the coupon with crinkle fries and an apple juice box. Also ordered a chocolate and a vanilla snack shake for my grandkids. The gentleman at the cash register was confused so ask for help. That's fine but the young woman that came over was rude and condescending. When the guy brought us our tray of food to the counter it had two orders of curly fries, we had only ordered one curly fry and one crinkle cut fry as my youngest four year old granddaughter does not like the spicy fries. The lady said oh my gosh and rolled her eyes, that's not enough. Then he forgot to get our shake so when I asked for our shakes he brought me to chocolate shakes when my granddaughter had specifically requested vanilla. I had been very detail oriented on my order, however they don't listen and then that ratchet chick behind the counter wants to get an attitude with us because...
