Arby's — Restaurant in Lexington

My order was wrong twice in the drive thru. I saw the line was building up behind me. I asked if I should pull ahead to wait. I pulled ahead but was blocking the exit so I let the person behind me out then backed back up thinking my order would be ready. The manager came out with his voice raised telling me not to back up in the drive through. I told him I was getting out of the way to keep the line moving. I went inside to complain of his rude behavior. Instead of an apology he kept saying in a sarcastic manor 3 times in a row “Have a good day”. This Location was neat and clean looking!! The employee at the counter was super friendly!! This restraint is located in a very nice area of the city! There is plenty of parking. The food was fresh and delicious. The manager did a good job of holding things together since it was a busy time when I was here. I had to wait a bit but the wait and the food were worth it!! I have been to this location plenty of times over the years and have always had a pleasurable visit!!I would highly recommend if you like Arby’s and your in the area it’s definitely worth it!! Fast food chains are a thing of the past. The quality of food does not compare to the healthy meals that you can either buy or make for the same price or less.
