Arby's — Restaurant in Lexington

Disappointed. Looks great inside due to the remodel but everything else was lacking. Food, drink and staff. I stopped to get my husband lunch. I ordered a number 1(beef n cheddar).I get to the window and asked to add a small pop and the cashier was very hateful about me asking our having to add it. She also wasn't friendly in any other way. Didn't hand me my money kind of tossed it. The food also tasted spoiled when my husband tried it and he threw it away. Our sprites tasted like soap was in them. So my sister was in Lexington and I haven't seen her in months. I deliver food so I told her I would meet her by Arby's because she was near there. We pass each other so we loop through the parking lot and meet in the back. Tell me why, after not even two minutes somebody comes over the speaker and says, "The cops are on the way." We were doing nothing wrong. Maybe next time...try to have a little respect and curtousy to ask someone to leave if you don't like it. You work with the public and your communication skills are...

First time ever eating at the Richmond Road location and I was impressed greatly!! The dining room was super clean and food was hot and fresh..the staff was friendly and nice. My son and i walked over from our motel we were staying at not knowing if we were stopping at Arby's or a nearby restaurant just a bit further down we were very pleased with our decision, great job!! After leaving with our tummies happy and a terrific milkshake,my son looks up and ask me if we can do this again tomorrow for lunch..a four year old...
