Let me start off by saying I think the food is great and we frequent this hibachi restaurant all the time. Either in restaurant or to go orders because we live nearby. The last three times we have placed an order online we have had a mistake. One of the 3 mistakes unfortunately effected someone else as we got their sushi in our bag. The first time we were missing an entire chicken meal. Tonight a few things happened I’m not too happy about. First of all we spent 50 dollars on food and when I asked for extra yum yum sauce the hostess said I would have to pay for them and only 2 cups come with the hibachi meal (steak and shrimp). So yum yum sauce was not given with the pineapple chicken fried rice we also ordered which makes no sense. But okay, I paid for extra. When arriving home we find that one of the salads is missing dressing and there is no soy sauce for my girlfriends sushi. I call and reach the hostess that I dealt with and she just pauses real long without saying anything before finally apologizing. So after asking her what can be done she says the yum yum sauce will be refunded along with one salad, about 5 bucks. She said that will be credited on the next visit. I asked her if more could be done and she continued to be firm with the 5 bucks. How does someone in that position not realize the inconvenience as we order take out when we are too exhausted to cook? I ended the conversation by saying she lost a customer which still did not change her stance. If they were to cover half the meal (25-30) that would have been enough. Bad customer service. We USED to go there at least once a month. Asuka or whatever the new name is will now get...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Miyiko Hibachi and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The filet steak and chicken were cooked to perfection. The filet steak was incredibly tender and juicy, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture that left me wanting more. The chicken was also delicious, with a flavorful marinade that added a delightful kick to each bite. Both dishes were expertly seasoned and grilled to perfection, showcasing the skill and expertise of the chefs at Miyiko Hibachi.
The fried rice at Miyiko Hibachi was simply divine. It was packed with flavor and had the perfect balance of textures. Each grain of rice was perfectly cooked and infused with a delicious blend of soy sauce, vegetables, and seasonings. It was the perfect accompaniment to the main dishes and added an extra layer of satisfaction to the meal.
What truly set Miyiko Hibachi apart was the incredible show put on by the hibachi chefs. They entertained and engaged the entire table, including my 4-year-old son, with their impressive knife skills, fiery tricks, and humorous banter. My son was absolutely mesmerized by the show and it made the dining experience even more memorable for our family.
Overall, my experience at Miyiko Hibachi was exceptional. The great filet steak and chicken, yummy fried rice, and entertaining hibachi show made it a dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious and...
Read moreI don’t even want to give this review one star...... maybe 1/2 star would be better. • The service and costumer service was mediocre at best. It was busy but not packed. • the blinds in the windows were melted • no one got the shrimp appetizer (which menu says is included in your experience) • the chef demeaningly corrected the waitress in a very abrupt tone in front of the entire party. • the ladies bathroom was beyond horrible. No toilet paper, no cleaning maintenance, the trash can was lined with a Meijer bag, trash can was over flowing , the men’s bathroom door was stuck open. • the grill top was not cleaned between raw meat and sea food for veggies to be cooked and served. • the birthday drum experience seemed as if the drummer was drumming a death march • the food is only seasoned with large amounts of full sodium soy sauce and lots of it, the steak tasted like chicken which tasted the same as the full priced shrimp • they are generous with the sake but you end up wearing most of it so don’t wear anything that can’t air dry and or they should have plastic bibs and goggles, anytime we yelled sake he did preform his sake works spray your way • i do however think it is very over priced for the flavor and quality of food, the show was good the sake made it better I will 100% not be back. Not worth the hit on the...
