I went in to arby's in Lexington North Carolina today. I ordered two sandwiches with cheddar. I ordered one brisket brisket sandwich and 2 chicken sandwiches. When i got home My son opened the bag, he said mom there are no roast beef sandwiches in the bag. I drove all the way back about six miles one way to Arby's they gave me the sandwiches I left again I looked in the bag and did not see the cheese for the sandwiches. I went back again, black girl that's working there. Told me that I got the sandwiches because she made them herself. I did not get the sandwiches, there was only. Two chicken sandwiches and my sandwich in there. She says I know that we're in there, because she made them herself I said I'm not a liar. I don't appreciate being called A liar, she said I'm not calling you a liar but the sandwiches were in the bag. She said again that the sandwiches were in the bag because she made them herself. I said that's calling me a liar. I told her how Rude she was and I told her that every one that i have delt with there has always be so friendly she slammed the window in my face. I would never travel 12 miles for two sandwiches. She needs to be fired. I guess because she is. Black she can talk to people anyway she want to. I will never go back there. Read moreRevised 9/13/20 I stopped in today and ordered a beer battered fish sandwich. When I opened it it looked like a dirty sponge soaked in used grease. When T returned and asked for something that was nor as greasy they refused to replace it. I would honestly be embarrassed to serve this to anyone. The cashier said that what beer batter ;looks like. This was not in any way shape or form any beer batter I have ever seen. At 62 years I have seen a lot. They have lost a customer for life now. My 2 to 3 visits per week is now over. They only got one star because 0 was not available. Revised 9/14/20 The link the owner sent was not active. Train your people to know the difference between good and rotten food. The lady at the drive thru said I couldn't return it because I already paid for it???? Was I supposed to steal it and come back later to play. These are the same people who want $15 an hour to treat your customers like dirt. You should fire the entire crew and start over. Read moreWe were ripped off for $5!!!! Every Service I have encountered at this location has been horrible!!!! I pulled up to drive thru and ordered my food ( Loaded Curly Fries) and then said that was what i wanted. She said ok and then i tried to tell her I had a seperate order because my neighbor was with me. She did not answer me after I sit there for like 4 or 5 min. so i drove to window and she told me my total again. i then proceeded to tell her that I had another order that was not taken. The manager then proceeded to get upset and got an attitude and told the employee to tell me that they would make the second order but to drive around again next time. I proceeded to then again tell the employee that i tried to tell her through the speaker at drive thru but she did not answer me. They proceeded to hand me the second order before the first causing me to pay for my neighbors food instead of mine and my neighbor paid for my food instead of his. After we pulled away i calculated amount on receipt and how much money we were suppose to have left. We were ripped off for $5!!!! I would not recommend this...
