Edit: 7/3: a representative of the franchise reached out to me personally at the correct phone number and went above and beyond to resolve my issue.
I had ordered a southwest salad and received a salad that had apples and strawberries on it instead. I called back and the lady shift manager said my only option was to come get my money back or to come get a new salad. I let her know that I lived on the other side of town and asked her to just give me a refund over the phone. She said she couldnât do that because âIt would be too hard for me. I would have to void the whole order and then ring it back up without the salad.â I asked her to escalate my complaint because I was not satisfied with the solutions I was given to a problem I did not cause. Not only would I be out my own time for a mistake they made, but I would be out gas, too. I asked about getting a refund from the Nicholasville Rd location, as this was closer to my house. I was told they were a different franchise and that couldnât be done. Needless to say I never heard back from anyone at the Richmond Road location about my problem nor was I ever given any compensation for my original order that was messed up. I hope you never have an issue with this restaurant because the management team is either incapable of communication or does not care about taking care of the customer. Iâll go to any other chicken place from now on, there are certainly...
Read moreUnhelpful. This Chick-fil-A has the lowest Google rating in town for a reason. Chick-fil-A is usually a friendly customer-oriented company. Does not apply to this location. I deliver full time for doordash and try my best to provide customers with excellent service. many companies like Chick-fil-A make the good decision to start a customer's order when the delivery driver arrives. (Irresponsible drivers are known to arrive late and give customers cold food.)
In this situation I typically call a business when I'm a few minutes away and see if they are able to start the order. That way the customer gets their order quicker and I can minimize the time I go unpaid. (we're Lucky to make much more than minimum wage WHEN we're driving. We don't get any money waiting at restaurants.)
I've never had a problem making this request at any other business in town, including the other Chick-fil-As. I was told they're not allowed to start any orders before the driver physically arrives.
There are other Chick-fil-A's in town on harrodsburg road, nicholasville road, and Hamburg pavilion. those are much better, and I recommend visiting those if...
Read moreDrive thru 7am and i was 2nd car in line. The 2 people in car in front me it seemed had never ventured out into life or a drive thru. Once the employee asked for their order it took the person in car in front of me 7 minutes to actually complete their order, with alot of banter going back and forth thru drive thru speaker. The drive thru employee should have asked the car to pull around to assist them with their order, instead of allowing a 2 car line to back up onto the street and around the building, and create a long wait time. Then once this car was given their order, they asked to speak with a manager, which employee had to go get, and then manager comes out and carries on a conversation with the 2 people in car. Let me say to any customer, if you dont know what you want or how to even place an order in drive thru, PLEASE go inside and look over their menu and ask your questions inside. And to employees, if you are working drive thru and experience that type of customer, please have them pull around and assist them, instead of allowing what I described to...
