Ive now Been Home a couple hours and check my phone for the reviews. Its. Now 11 45 pm. Hobby Time and I remember my. New Bird Friend. I Get my nightly hobby and craft stuff out and ready in there places. I check on some Antiquities soaking. I Get my blades for some Stick Carving . . Grab the microscope to fix the bad Switch Hobby Town had in stock. I can see more than OMEBAs now. I Get my Friend the Drinking Bird . I get some Glasses and some water for him. Fix My pop. Grab some Snacks. I Sit Down and Open his Shipping Container. Well Lordy Me !!!!! To My Shock and beginning Tearful Eyes . My New Found Old Pal "Cletus" the Drinking Bird is Now Dead and Crumbled totally into the heavens . He has done Dried up from being without Water. He HAS Dried Up into Nuthin. From Noone Ever Looking after his Needs or Even someone needing a friend or Pal or even a Chat sometimes.... Well Now People all thats Left of Poor Old Cletus is his Little Legs which have Mummified into total Hardness. WoW ! I a Need a xanny now for myself. I know My Psychiatrist will be upset Monday Morning. I am now thinking to myself out loud. Mayne Poor Old "Cletus" may be the last of his kind . . I hadnt seen nor talked to Cletuses uncle Festus i had back in early 1970s. Anyway. Its A shame he wasnt wanted sooner . Those Responsible will Pay for Cletus suffering. This World has Lost all Respect for Anyone and Anything. People are only concerned about ThemSelves in this 21st Century . People there better be some of Cletuses genes somewhere out there or maybe his Relatives nearby or Better a New Batch being Hatched right now. I am truly Hurt and Vexxed Here. Truly . Truly. Walked in the store guy that drives the orange car and looks like he's high all the time says I gotta go get my food what do you want after waiting patiently while he was being rude to another customer about a bad battery they got with a brand new car. Funny thing is that I'm in there for the exact same thing but mine was a 6s 5000 mah battery. Says sorry can't do anything about it cause I don't know what you did to it. The other hobbyshop I go to (hobbyvilla) checks all there battery's before you leave the store with them. Everyone that works at this location is great but this guy is ride to customers everytime I go in there. So naturally I try to avoid him but today I had no choice. Had to talk to him. I don't have the receipt because the battery was purchased using my account and I need that to claim the warranty but he ran out he door while he was telling me he can't help me. Yes you could have helped me do that but your customer service is trash. Needless to say I'm out $140 and he's was to worried about going to get his food (drugs I would say) than helping me out. I feel bad for the other people that are actually nice and have good customer service there because they have to work for such a loser. Just wanna say as well that if he took the time to even look at my lipo checker ge could have seen that 3 of the cells were in storage and 3 of the cells were completely dead and that it was impossible that I did anything to the battery.the guys just a miserable person and he obviously hates his job. I'll drive 3 hours from now on to go to hobbyvilla in Cresent springs when I need something. I was fine with having to do the warranty through spektrum I just needed a little help getting a copy of the receipt which he cared zero about. I'll just take the loss on this one. I don't ever leave reviews unless there good but other people going to shop there be aware. I just bought it 4 days ago. I've spent $2000 there this month alone. Not to mention I also bought a $650 draco there that was also damaged out if the box. The box was also damaged on the outside and the elevator servo was ruined. I didn't care about that or even bring it up. It's a $15 fix. But I thought maybe they would off some help on a battery bought on Christmas eve and brought back the...

Holy God this place is the worst. I never post reviews on anything, but this place is such a joke I just had to say something about it publicly. Unfortunately everyone beat me to the punch. I've never seen a business get so many negative reviews in my life. I didn't even know about their non-return policy. Probably a good thing I never tried making a return. I think I would've lost it, breaking merchandise in my rage, and end up ten grand in their pocket. Their astoundingly shite customer service is pure comedy. The employees are the real versions of the rude ass clerk behind the counter in a movie or sitcom. I mean I've certainly been treated poorly and have had bad experiences at other retailers, but hobbytown takes the cake. They were so dismissive when I asked questions, it was like pulling teeth to get a meaningful answer. At one point they blatantly ignored me for several minutes and I just stood there baffled at how obnoxiously rude they were being. I was also surprised by their limited knowledge about some questions I had on drones. I've only been in the hobby for a couple months but I have also invested a lot of time learning about the equipment. These jokers, whose job it is to be an expert on radio controlled vehicles, hadn't even heard of what was a very basic part for drones. At this point I realized I needed to leave this god forsaken store for the last time. It baffles me that this place is still open for business.
