Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Lexington

Was so excited for this location to be open bc it was close to where we live, however we have ordered from here three times and our orders are always messed up. We have done online drive thru twice and dine in once and both times in online drive thru orders are never ready and when we get the orders they are wrong or missing stuff we gave order on them and they look thrown together to the point this last time I couldn’t even eat it bc it was just mush and no chicken and no veggies it was nothing but salsa and sour cream to where the bowl was leaking through the bottom of the bowl. Both drive thru and inside they are very unpleasant act like they do not want to be bothered. I know this location would thrive bc of the traffic in Hamburg however we will be going to the other location off Man O War they are worth the drive especially customer service and the food is always right and taste so much better. I honestly hate doing bad reviews but unfortunately after giving your location three times chance and the benefit of doubt then there’s a reason for this bad review.We will not be back to...

For a newly opened restaurant, this place has a ton of problems. First of all, the drive-thru window isn’t even a drive-thru — it’s for online order pickups only. Other new restaurants do this now too, and it’s such a stupid trend. Once you park and go inside, the door closest to the parking lot is an exit only, so you have to walk around the corner to get inside. Not a big deal, but still a very stupid design. In my experience in particular, I went inside and was told there was no rice and there’d be a 30 minute wait. Why aren’t they constantly making new rice? Why would it take 30 minutes to make rice anyway? Great questions. The guy tried to take some rice from the pickup window side, which has an entirely separate ingredients bar for some reason, and the woman over there got mad and said he couldn’t do that. Congratulations to the Chipotle in Hamburg! Today was their Grand Opening, and wow, they hit the ball out of the park on Day One! Parking lot was full, restaurant was full, and all the staff was ready and waiting for a full house. I got a couple of my normal orders (I'm a regular at the campus location) of a steak bowl and a chicken taco, with queso of course, and wow it was great. Not too salty either! The vibe was good - music and atmosphere was light and fun and not xmas music LOL!!! It's in a busy part of Hamburg, but easy enough to get in/out and park; it's kinda sorta near Canes, on the Winchester Road side. If you stop in, tell Rachel, the boss lady that Sarah sent ya!
