Mr Cribb is so pleasant and so you make sure you greet him first...now...you get to looking for Mrs Cribb...and when you are blessed enough to find her...you politely just ask her to make you something delicious with a bowl of the soup of the day. Now she may ask you a few follow up questions ans Mr Cribb will come up with a name on the spot but you don't fret none...just pay the man his money, take your sweet tea and find you a seat and you just wait and see. After asking a few questions I settled on the French dip and the homemade potato salad, I even let my husband try it and we both agreed it was the best choice, it was absolutely amazing and the best French dip around! My husband got a roast beef sandwich and macaroni salad and I tried his macaroni salad and it was absolutely amazing, and he said he’s glad he chose the roast beef sandwich because it was by far the best he’s had. Read moreReally don't see what all the hype and stellar reviews are about for this place. You walk into the place and immediately feel like you're going to fall through the floor. The prices are extremely high for a sandwich that tastes like it was made at home. They don't use sub/hoagie rolls just your regular sliced bread. The meat was piles high but seemed like your bottom of the barrel sliced deli meat. The roast beef was overly garlicky. No fountain drinks or refills. You get a can of soda with the basket alongside a simple bag of 25 cent ruffles chips.
