Horrible Service!!! I was 2nd car in drive thru line waiting to place order, and kept waiting and waiting and waiting (almost 10 minutes efore car in front of me was able to place order). I then pull up to place my order, and the waiting continued with no one asking to take my order or even saying a word. I turned to my friend in car and said this place is horrible. The employee then says thru drive thru speaker in a smart ass tone that she is the only person working, and she will get to me when she can. At this point there are 4 more cars behind me in drive thru line, so i cant back out, and unfortunately this location set up does not have space to get out of line to drive forward (you are basically stuck there and have to deal with the slow service).
Then she finally took my order, still with her smart ass tone, and when i got to window, paid for it, and she handed the food to me, I said THANK YOU, and she didn’t say a word, no acknowledgment or anything. Maybe if this employee would let people know ahead of time at the drive thru speaker that there is a wait due to being only person working, instead of letting people sit there for long periods of time with nothing said, that would help the customers just sitting there not being acknowledged. And I get she is the only one working, but that is not the customers fault, and she could honestly learn some customer service skills to help her deal better with this kind...
Read moreThis location always takes FOREVER in the drive thru, all employees except for one was working without a mask and openly, constantly drinking from restaurant cups in between handling food. I did not see any gloves or hand washing. We went to grab breakfast this morning, it took at least 15 minutes of awkwardly sitting at the window and watching employees frantically try to get together our two combo order. No apology for the wait. Finally got our food and we were missing an entree size breakfast burrito. They run to the back and grab the smallest, nastiest looking dollar menu burrito that was God knows how old and give it to us with a half hearted “sorry about that”. We get home to eat and the sausage biscuit was so rock hard when you picked up the package felt light in your hand like it was freeze dried or something. The sausage was so dry and overcooked it was insane to me that they even tried to pass this off as edible food, let alone charge $4 for it. We drove all the way back with our uneaten breakfast and got a refund. They didn’t even argue that the food was old or offer any further compensation for our poor experience. Won’t bother trying to go back unless I just really want to wait 20 minutes...
Read moreJust made the huge mistake of entering the drive thru and ordering a free mini blizzard as reward for completing a Dairy Queen survey from a previous order at a different DQ. The order taker then informed me they do not accept DQ promotions from other DQ locations. Rather odd I thought. Anyway, I was stuck in the drive thru for five minutes while they screwed up and tried to fix an order for the one vehicle in front of me. I finally made it to the window and presented the actual receipt survey and told the person I was speaking to that I felt they should honor the completed survey even though it was from a different DQ because Dairy Queen is a national chain. Was told again by this rude and condescending young lady who claimed she was a "manager" that her store does NOT under ANY circumstances honor promotional surveys from other DQ stores. Is this for real? If so, I think maybe this policy needs some review and someone in the corporate office needs to take a look at it. And also, they need to be more selective in hiring so-called managers. First time I have ever been treated this badly by anyone in the fast food industry. The young lady should be embarrassed by...
