IF I could give this dominos location a ZERO STARS, I WOULD. BUT, HERE, BE ENTERTAINED INSTEAD...... THIS LOCATION IS MOST LIKELY A HEALTH DEPT. HAZARD AND IM PRETTY SURE THEY ARE STONED. I won't talk about the first two times they screwed up our order. No. Let me THOROUGHLY EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHY I MAKE THIS CLAIM. My 16 year old called and gave them our order to be delivered. She repeated the order and our address and phone no. THREE TIMES. About an hour later my daughter gets a phone call from the driver and repeats our address to her another TWO times. She then calls back about 8 minutes later and my daughter hands the phone to my husband who repeats it again TWO MORE TIMES. She finally shows up and my husband tells her they shouldn't send her out unless she knows where she's going. She shows him that the mistake is on the receipt because the order said a different street!! Are you kidding me??? My daughter repeated the address THREE TIMES when she ordered it for crying out loud!!! Well. We go to eat our dinner. HAHA. My daughter's & my order WAS WRONG!-- GO FIGURE. "LIKE NO WAY. (Note sarcasm) So my husband calls them back. After about another 5 minutes of being jerked around I'm at my witts end and yell at the guy that I'm coming down there. When I arrive, the music's loud, there's at least 7 people there, ALL looking half out of it. & I'm sorry, I couldn't tell if they're stoned or stupid. After demanding for the manager FOUR TIMES he shows up from the back looking like he just got done with a blunt. The place is almost trashed, disarrayed, extremely disorganized, & looks like they just got done having a flour food fight. And half assed cleaned it up. Receipts all over. Just crazy..... I've written enough, but omg,... I had to give my last name, the phone no., the address AGAIN to get my money back.& HE STILL COULDN'T FIND OUR ORDER. HE finally pays out of pocket. And some from the register. This is a pretty accurate indication these people are either stoned or stupid or both. I will NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN. STAY AWAY UNTIL PEOPLE GETS THEIR HEADS OUT OF THEIR *.no work ethics at this place AT ALL. Looked like a party than a business. We're Disgusted. This is a real good hard example of America going to...
Read moreHey, Domino’s corporate desperately needs to get involved with this location. Dominos’s usually delivers in providing consistent menu items but, never at this location in our experience. From 20 minute online order pick-up times that somehow turn into “we’re back logged 3 hours” when you’ve arrived to pick up your order. Heck, just reimbursing the charges for the online order when the customer decides to pass on the 3 hour wait time instead of forcing your customers to take a store credit for charges you made for a pizza that wasn’t. It got even better when they could only issue one $25 store credit even though our order total (already payed for) exceeded their in-store credit (which sounds odd) and not to be petty since they’ve already left us without our order and now we have a store credit to use of lesser value than they charged for a location that we should probably just avoid. What about throwing in something extra for our waste of time, you’re shortchanging us instead of just leaving your customers frustrated that they now get to figure out what they’re grabbing for dinner. Then when using the store credit providing an on-time order but, executing the order with such disregard to your companies standards that we took home and opened up sandwiches that had bread and virtually zero toppings and by that I mean TWO pieces of chicken (the little chunk pieces) on an entire Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. 🤯 Why? They’ve got to get something right sometimes. Cold pizzas, empty sandwiches, no pizzas, employees hardly ever making it out to the carside pick-up in Covid world (not to mention their fashion-statement masks worn under the chin) and other “this place needs some management assistance.” The better question is why have we continued to try? Next time Hugo or WBL. Maybe this location gets it right sometimes but, we’ve never gotten anything resembling a typical Domino’s product even once. Good luck with your order and may the Domino’s fairies watch over your experiences for some...
Read moreI wish I could give this establishment a 0 as I'm completely done from ever ordering from Domino's ever again. Countless times I've had them deliver an incorrect order only to be met with a scripted response of "sorry, I can just give you credit." The most recent issue stemmed from ordering the philly cheesesteak pizza and I had requested no onions as I'm allergic (Domino's website doesnt give me an option to specify in a comment area of my allergy when customizing the pizza). My pizza arrived RIDDLED with onions, but receipt clearly shows "no onions". I also had ordered the spinach and feta cheesy bread, and again recieved the wrong item (they delivered the jalapeno one). Clearly, the quality check that occurs at the end as their tracker so states is complete BS. I called the manager Noah per the dominos tracker (who by the way was incredibly difficult to hear as they mumbled softly) and after explaining this, am told I could only recieve credit as it would take somewhere between 1 to 2 hours to recieve a replacement that should have been correct in the first place. I took the credit, but feel I as the customer should have been prioritized since it was their mistake for not following order instructions in the first place. Very disappointed and left with a pizza i am unable to eat due to my allergy. Will never order here again. Save yourself the trouble and order from...
