Cannot complain enough about this certain store. I’ve seen them go through a lot of staff changes through the years and it’s amazing how they have yet to hire competent staff. The layout is ridiculous. The one exit is behind the building so once you get your order you have to sit through the drive thru line again until you are at the exit and can sneak out. The drive through line is alway wrapped around the building cause the staff is incredible slow considering this is fast food and half of their menu is precooked donuts. Do not get me started on how many times the DOOR HAS BEEN LOCKED during hours. How can I order a walk in order and you have the doors locked? One time I just went back through the drive thru to try to get my order and the cashier told me if I ordered walk in I have to come in and get it… even though the DOOR IS LOCKED. When starbucks is short staffed and can’t handle mobile orders they shut down their app. Don’t know why Dunkin can’t do the same. Today I waited outside the door, jiggling the handle and calling the store five times before someone answered and let me in. During that time I watched an employee literally just stand there and stare at me the whole time while the phone was ringing in the background. When they finally got me in, they told me they didn’t have any ingredients to make anything I ordered. Do not know how I am able to order something on the app if the store doesn’t have it in stock. Extremely flawed. The cashier just looked at me and said “we can’t help you” didn’t offer to make any other drink, try to fulfill my order in any way, no refund, no coupon. Just wanted me out the door. All of this happened when there was 4 cars in the drive thru (compared to the 15 they usually have) so it can’t really be blamed on being “short staffed” or “during a rush”. I can go on and on about the horrible experiences I’ve had. I always take a break for a few months and every time I go back I’m reminded why this Dunkin’ sucks. Drive 10 more minutes into red bank and go to that dunkin. And honestly complain about Starbucks all you want but at least they know how to operated their store. Read moreI dont get this place. They always have nothing. Machines break all the time. Few days ago I asked for a latte the girls said sorry the espresso machine is not working. It happens many times at that place. Twice last week no caramel. You serious? No caramel. I have never experienced anything missing at starbucks and they got a line to the door. You walk into Mcd's you'll never hear sorry we got no buns. This Dunkin always runs out of everything and its kinda frustrating cause have you ever had a moment that you're dying for a latte? It just destroys your day! There are people that are coffee freaks out there, the staff needs to understand that. And no one smiles especially the morning crew they look like dead beats. They get pissed off when they see a customer I observed it many times. Again, two weeks ago an old man was standing front of me I waited for about 5 minutes and I really thought he ordered. Turns out he didnt!!! Im like are you kidding me he didnt order yet? Everyone is inattentive in that place. Nobody cares about anything. Manager is never there who's running it? Everytime I ask to speak to a manager sorry manager is not here for the moment. I understand the food cost but this place needs to have everything at any given time. Read moreI've been coming here for about 5 months bc it's very convenient on my drive to work & I've been hoping for them to eventually get it together but it keeps getting worse. The drive through is always backed up & never a quick visit. Even when they have 2 cars you still wait a very long time for your order. The staff are mostly rude or one-word you. There is no smiling or friendliness and the ones that have been friendly I don't see very often. Shout out to Montavious & Taylor for always being pleasant & friendly whenever I would see them in the drive through. Those are the attitudes they should continue to employ, the rest could use some serious training on customer service. The store manager should definitely work on keeping this store staffed & hiring the right employees as well as keeping the place cleaner & training them to get through orders quicker. I've also been in the drive through where I've seen the same girl talking poorly about customers she's had that day or other staff members. We don't need to hear it! Do your job! Maybe less complaining & paying attention to paying customers. If you notice on my Google I rarely leave bad reviews & love to leave my 5 star reviews.
