I have been going to this establishment for quite for time now and saying this place is great is an understatement! The food here never seems to disappoint and the environment of this place is always so cheerful and makes me feel at ease. If you are trying to have a relaxing meal or in the mood for something delicious would 100% recommend this place. The service here is also great! It doesn't take forever to order and the food comes out in a timely manner. I would also like to give a big thank you to the waiter LA, she always makes me and my dad feel comfortable and never fails to put a smile on our face. Thank you! Recommend this! The image below consists of the dish "fuji nori" and it is to die for!!

The service is great but the food was lacking. If you like your steak super thin then you will like it. I prefer a thicker style steak like you find at many other Japanese restaurants though. The soup was too bland and salty. The place also looks like it's not cleaned well also as there looked like someone threw their soup on the wall but noone had taken the time to clean it. The terracotta tile above the booths was covered in dust also. We had good hopes for the place but was let down. Maybe if they could visit a few others and compare they could improve. It wouldn't hurt for them to move in to a better location as the building overall is ran down and only has a few tenants.

We were wanting some sushi so stopped to check out the food here. Yes, there's dust on the tiles and the aquarium looked like it needed to be clean. It's a little dated. There was a bigger table and the men were talking pretty loud. On to the food. Appetizer was gyoza. Tasty tidbits. I got the spicy tuna raw sushi. Comes with the clear soup. They were both very good. My husband got the spicy tuna and salmon combo boat and said next time he would just go for the tuna. We enjoyed it all for the most part. Will definitely go back as it's closer than some of the places that we go to. Recommend it!

This was the first and last time eating at FujiMoto. I was optimistic after reading other reviews so we decided to go and try it out. When we arrived, there were only 2 other parties dining in (keep this in mind as you continue reading). We were told to pick where we wanted to sit, so we chose a booth by the door. Our waitress came up and stared at us. Never asked what we would like, just expected us to begin the routine of what would you like to drink. It was apparent that she did not want to be there and was not enjoying her job that night. We placed our drink order as well as ordered an appetizer. A few moments later she came back with our drinks and we placed our food order. My husband and I both ordered entrees and he also ordered sushi. After 10 minutes, she returned with his soup and my salad (I had to ask for the soup I was supposed to receive) and his sushi. We waited for close to 40 minutes before receiving our entrees. What was brought to us was not correct from the beginning. They were correct on my husband's order, however they brought out another persons order plus mine to our table. The unfortunate part about my order was I specifically asked for no onions, and I received my plate which consisted of HALF onions. I was able to fill an entire soup bowl with just onions. My chicken tasted good, but my rice (only about a 1/4 cup in serving size) and my zucchini was cold. After the ordeal of having to wait so long, I didn't want to send it back in fear it would take another half hour to eat my own food. At this point of receiving our meal, we had yet to receive our appetizer. When I asked where it was she told me we should have already received it.... well we hadn't. We received the bill and we were charged for the extra plate they brought to the table (that we had sent back because we didn't order it). I had to explain to the waitress that we did not order that and it needed to be taken off. She was confused and went to the back for about 10 minutes before coming back with the corrected bill. In total we spent almost an hour and a half in the restaurant. We could have went to a hibachi restaurant and had better service, better quality food, and larger portions for the same time and price that we paid. Disappointed to...

We stop by here once a week and every time they’re out of sushi rice. It’s the only sushi place on our way home from work. So, we asked why not make more? Apparently that was enough to upset the hostess who is also the daughter of the owners so when we picked up our food the mother decides she wants to be mama bear and scream at me about how her daughter was crying from a simple question. First off, I didn’t ask. My partner did and I told her to stop being aggressive towards me and talk to my partner. She then proceeded to tell us how tired her husband who is the sushi chef was from a boil on his shoulder and that her daughter is exhausted from driving a hour to work everyday. Look, I get we’re all human and we all have stress and things going on but, professionally that’s not something that works for me as an excuse for yelling at a customer. I don’t care who you are or really want to hear how tough your life is. That’s your business…not mine. You own a business (like I do) and you should be professional. Taking it to a level of getting in a customers face to tell me I made your daughter cry when it wasn’t even me (and a simple question) is so out of line I don’t even know how they continue to operate. Can’t believe she even took it there. We have never eaten dinner here. Only picked up so for her to have such an issue is beyond...

Live near here and used to go frequently. They've always had good food but the service is horrible. Last time I went I could tell they've upgraded their food. Shrimp were larger, soup bowls were bigger etc. There were 2 other tables in there not including us. The waitress took our order and then went to the back were the sushi station is at and never came back to us. The other waitress brought out our food but neither one came back to ask how it was or if we needed anything. I was able to watch our waitress take her hair down and play with as she took selfies and made duck faces at the phone for about 5 min. She started to clean off a table that just left and just sat down and started texting on her phone. Still never came to check on us. When we were done she was no where to be found so I asked the other waitress for boxes and tea (since we never got a refill). I could hear as she went back to tell the other waitress to get it for us since we weren't her table. It took our waitress another 10 min to get boxes and teas for us. There's only the 2 of us! Needless to say we won't be going back. Like I said before, their food is good and has even improved more but the staff...
