Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Lexington

Placed order online while in neighborhood near location. Arrived at store about 5 minutes later to no one working behind counter, and delivery driver sitting in back of store. I sat down near front register to wait for an employee to appear and continued waiting. Then another person comes in with a small child, and seems to be yelling employee names, and still no employees come to counter. This person then goes to back and yells employee names again, gets herself a drink cup and fills up and leaves, while delivery driver is now making his way toward front area and asks me if Ive been helped, I said NO, placed order online and here to pick it up. Gave him my name and he is looking and found my online order was never pulled from printout to make it, and now 3 other young employees roam in from wherever they were all at, and delivery driver then handed my order printout to young guy who acted like he had no clue, then young girl asks me if Ive been helped yet, and I pointed out my order that had been placed online was never even started, and that was just what had been handed to her coworker. She thought my frustration with all this was funny and laughed. I then asked for a manager, and another young girl says she is the manager. I told her of my frustrations that my order hadnt even been started, and no one working front area of store to assist customers, and told her of the other female employee laughing about my frustrations of order never being pulled to make, and this “so-called” manager who wasnt around during the first interaction wanted to get smart and say the other girl did not laugh. I told this manager how would she know, she wasnt even up at the counter at that point, and she said THATS BECAUSE SHE WAS DOING MANAGER THINGS. That response alone tells you that you need to hire people with adult minds to be a manager. I asked for my card to be refunded and this child-like manager continued to have attitude and never apologize for yet another poor experience with this location. I understand companies have to hire anything that walks in these days, and its clear that is what this store has done. CLOSE THIS...

You don't have to be nice but please get my food right. This place has went from 10-0. Horrible service the food not prepared properly...missing toppings. Sad but I don't think the manager even tried to call me back. I usually order online but I was out so I drove. I was told 30min wait on bread. I been going here for 5yr, so no problem. I did tell them that my last order was wrong and asked them to please just make it right. 50mins for a sandwich, get home and my order was wrong. It seems like they be trying to close the store too early that's why your sandwich don't have all the regular toppings. No need to say anything back cause at this point I could never eat there again I can't trust that my food won't be tampered with. Yes those the type of people working there now. Really it was last 3 orders because the Caesar wrap that they prepared for my husband was thrown together missing toppings and dry. Nothing like the first ones. That's our hard earned money and you rushing to get home so my food isn't prepared properly. And just think about how many people suffer that don't write comments... I Sorry this message is longer then I planned for but that's how bad...

This place would be better off run by monkeys! Todays drive through employee has the IQ of a newt. Must have got confused when asked for a "dark" bun to the point where he asked to pull through so he can start taking other "simpler" orders. Turkey and cheese was just too much to handle, so he moved on to the next customer. I'd also like to give a big shout out to your super fast delivery... That ranges maybe a mile in circumference outside the parking lot. I get it Richmond Rd is as far as you'll go, but seriously Kroger is ok but Wal-Mart that's on the same exact street directly across is not? Bring huge catering boxes to promote your business to Gabe's (which is also in the same parking lot) But won't even deliver there? Only on a rare occasion that a guy places the order, but don't recall doing so the next day when a girl tries. Now that's really messed up! And YES this has happened on several occasions. All I ask is... Is there a ringmaster to this Circus you call...
