We went to the kiosk at the McDonald's and we took our number and went to our desk. More than an hour go by and it is the 7th time go to the front desk asking where our food was. The cashier pulled the receipt out of my wife's hand and asked another employee if they knew where it was. She said it was siting on the front desk for 30 mins. This was when I was in the. Restroom. My wife had to sit because she had fell down at work and broke her back and it is still hurting for her. She took a clean chair and sat down. They both then called my 48 year old wife an old frail woman. Then they both called 11 year old a blind nut. He is not even blind is one the smartest in his class.. They did not even call for our number and it said the were supposed to take it to our table. When we started eating afterwards we realized that the food was cold. So after eating we went to the same cashier. He did not say anything, not even an apology. Not just that but almost every table and chair had something like fries, lettuce, plastic, and paper bags. It was same with the floor and there was dirt, mud, and water. No one could stand without sliping and sliding. We were from FL and went to NY and we are going back to FL. We went to many McDonald's during our trip which I would give a five star review, I will recommend those ones and would want to go to those ones EVERY DAY. But this one, I would give it a one star review, I would not recommend this one and I NEVER want to come back...
Read moreI ordered the two cheese burger meal without ketchup. I also asked for a little side cup of the onions that go on the burger. I do this because when I ask for extra onions, they either eliminate the onions completely or just put the regular amount. I figured this was simple enough. NOPE!! As I'm ordering, the guy taking the order kept interrupting. So I tried to clarify again once I reached the window, but he continued to interrupt and tell me he got the order right. Of course the order was still wrong 🙄 .We attempted again, clarified with the same person as well as another colleague that I don't want ketchup on my burgers, that's it. After confirming 5 times. Yes 5 times!!! They STILL got it wrong. The guy who wouldnt shut his mouth while we were ordering and later confirming he got the order right, had the NERVE to be upset that he kept getting the order wrong. I wasnt even upset, never lost my temper and didnt even give an attitude but so many of these people are immature and take NO accountability for their lack of common sense. They obviously dont want to work. McDonalds workers are horrible at their jobs 99% of the time because they clearly don't care. 768 Winchester RD, Lexington Kentucky. Read moreI if could rate this Mcdonalds a Zero star I would. From the moment I walked in the door, we were not greeted by any means, when trying to order at the front counter we were instructed to order on the kiosks when we were the only customers in the building, when ordering on the kiosks I overheard the workers talking amongst their selfs “I’m glad that they were ordering on the kiosk”. It wasn’t until after ordering what I’m assuming was the manager came out when we were done ordering. The coke in the machine was not working correctly when we approached the counter we were not acknowledged at all, someone finally came and filled up the cup. It wasn’t until when we got the food, we checked to see if the order was fulfilled correctly, when in fact It was not. An apple pie was missing from the order, we asked the “Manager” for another apple pie, she said with an attitude that will be another 12 minutes, we had no time to wait so we just said forget it. This has to be the worst experience I’ve had at a fast food establishment. When in Lexington I will be sure to avoid this McDonald’s and I hope everybody...
