I recently ordered from this place through DoorDash, and I was absolutely blown away. As a Cuban, I'm always on the lookout for authentic food that reminds me of home—and this place nailed it. From the first bite, I felt like I was back at my grandmother’s table. The flavors were rich, familiar, and comforting in a way that only real Cuban food can be.

Every dish had that homemade touch you just can’t fake. The seasoning, the texture, the balance of flavors—it’s clear the people behind this restaurant care deeply about doing it right. Even though I didn’t dine in, the warmth of the people still came through. My food arrived fresh, beautifully packed, and still steaming hot. Great food, great people, and honestly, a great experience all around.

What makes me even happier is that I no longer have to make the long drive to Louisville to get food that tastes like home. Knowing I have this kind of quality and authenticity nearby is such a gift. If you're looking for the real deal when it comes to Cuban cuisine, this is it. I’ll definitely be ordering...

In Lexington for training for a week, have been staying at hotel and found this little place by accident... I walked in thinking that I would get a To go order, bit the aroma of the food and very warm greeting I got... I decided to stay and have my meal there... Asked what was recommended... Ended up with Cubano with a little home made hot sauce was just right, was suggested an enpenado... Cheese, I personally have had a few before but this one was very light texture and the cheese and breading was a great blend with a garlic butter dip and ended my meal with an Expresso that was wonderful... I ate food all week at different restaurant s but this is the one I will always talk about... Thank you for the wonderful evening, for this...

First time at the location. We ordered a cuban, shredded beef, and vegetarian sandwich with a kids meal of chicken and fries as well. I was extremely surprised by how large the portions were for an excellent price. First came out the chicken and fries for the kids and I thought I had mistakenly ordered 3 orders. I was wrong it was one. Huge portion. The sandwiches came out and they were also huge and delicious as well. We had to get a couple of to go boxes and have had left overs for 2 extra meals. The food is phenomenal, the service is fantastic, and the atmosphere made me feel like I was at an old friend's home. This place will be a staple for my family to go to for many years to come.
