Jack’s Sandbar and Grill — Restaurant in Lexington

I tried to call ahead to order food and was met with a very rude girl who said "we're slammed call back later" and then hung up. I waited 10 minutes and called back to no answer. Then again was met with a nice man who took my order said 30 minute wait. I showed up 20 minutes later prepared to wait and prepared to see a busy place. To my surprise the place is barely half full. No where near "slammed". I get to the pick up counter and they say my order was never put in. So we go sit at an empty table to wait (one of the many empty tables for a "slammed" restaurant). Our buzzer rings for our food to be picked up and they say the wrong buzzer was pressed it'll still be another 10 minutes. Finally get our pizza and it's good but definitely not...

Well, you guys, this is a restaurant inside an indoor theme park, so it’s pretty much what you’d expect from that. It’s pretty overpriced, crowded, and understaffed. I was a bit frustrated because I waited for a long time under this huge sign that said “Order food and non-alcoholic beverages here,” before finally asking another patron, and they said to order at the bar. There was one bartender and he was doing a great job, but he had a lot to do and there was a really long line. When I finally got my food, it was delicious, and I was happy to eat it.
