Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Lexington

0 stars for me, unfortunately had to choose at least one.

Placed an online order for a super Hawaiian pizza. They gave us an original Hawaiian bbq chicken pizza. I called: (to ask if we could take it back and get the one we wanted) first a lady named Wendy answered saying she was the manager so I started telling her what happened and she just put me on hold while I was still talking. After 3 mins a man named Gage answered and said he wasn't the manager but that he would get the manager on the line. Finally some other lady answered she said her name was "Na something" anyway I started telling her what happened she then put me on hold again while I was talking. She did pick back up and the said she couldn't understand what I was saying.

We went back to the store. My husband explained what happened. A tall white lady told him that is was our mistake. That we had placed the wrong order. My husband told her we hadn't because obviously we know what we ordered. She said that sometimes it is a glitch in the system. And she said they would redo it. No apologies. Being we had already paid my husband agreed. While waiting for the pizza, a short white lady started complaining that there was no way and that she didn't know how that could happen and blah blah blah....so my husband asked for his refund. It's a shame people act like this.

I will say that this man named Gage should be the manager. He was respectful and genuinely tried to help not like these 2 gals. Im not sure but I think Gage was the young man at the counter. But I'm not 100% sure on that. Either way that young man was also nice about the whole situation. Never said or acted like...

Ive ordered from here numerous times and always been ok. I came in the other Thursday and this is the 2nd review i wrote abt the same issue (i am a thicker chic- so this rubbed me hella wrong)! Im NOT down with the body shaming period. Well there was a blonde chic makin them i wanna say the oreo balls yall sale but for all the employees- i heard a female say "No dont let her have any she is gettin tough love and need to be on a diet".... as a mom of 4 u DONT treat them that way nor an employee she was so loud and obnoxiously rude to the younger kid. When i was about to give my order i walked asked for that ladies name was told "Emily" and she was a manager. No aint no way yall allow a MANAGER to speak to ppl that way let alone yalls employess at that. I can only imagine what was goin thru the young ladies head bc i KNOW what went thru mine. I refused to order after that, i walked out hell the other lady who just got her pizzas tells me "That lady is ALWAYS talkin down to them and yellin at them like their dogs and shes better than them". I said "Not to be that person, but i refuse to give them a red cent of mine here on out I'll go to thomasville or Dominos". Please get her in check bc my heart broke for them girls all of them in there that night and if shes continuing this- Ladies (u know who yall are, i dont get a lawyer bc thats actual a crime shes not suppose to be allowed to treat yall of any nature like that)!!!! Prayers...

Placed an order online, said the order was rejected, but still charged my card. Called the store, they had me come.show them my proof so I did and was just told to try to dispute it for a refund. They refused to give me my money back or the food I clearly paid for because their system glitches. After having me drive all the way up there I would think they wouldn't let me leave empty handed. They just Gave me a number to call. They absolutely did not want to make it right or even care to.

Basically stealing from the poor to give to the rich. They still have my money and refused to give me anything.

This morning tried to contact customer service. There's no way to get in touch with anyone. You have to do it through the website but the page has an error half the time and won't load. Finally got it to load. Filled everything out. There is no complaint option for store which is weird. Filled info out and asked to be contacted through phone and it said I'll be contacted within 48 hours but it never asked for my phone number.

We eat at papa johns very often. Now I'm boycotting these theifs.

UPDATE: STILL NOT CONTACTED BY ANYONE FROM PAPA JOHNS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. JUST CONSTANT DEAD ENDS TO TRY TO...
