decided to give Biscuit King another chance after avoiding it for a year and a half due to a previous negative experience. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed to report that nothing has changed.
Upon pulling into the drive-through, I attempted to place my order but was repeatedly cut off. When I got to the window, the woman who assisted me was incredibly rude. As I checked my order, I noticed that the extra bacon I had requested for my sandwich was placed in a styrofoam hotdog container, rather than on the sandwich itself.
When I pointed this out, the woman rudely offered to fix it if I gave it back to her, so I did. She then told me to pull up while they corrected the mistake. A man eventually brought my bag out, and when I asked him who the manager was, he revealed that it was the same rude woman from the window. I decided not to pursue the matter further, figuring that if she treats customers this poorly, it’s likely she doesn’t treat her employees much better. This might explain why the drive-through line was so long and why I had to wait 15 minutes.
Overall, my experience was disappointing and frustrating. I won’t be returning to Biscuit King and cannot recommend...
Read moreI love the biscuits here. HOWEVER, during these days of a pandemic, the staff rarely takes necessary safety precautions by wearing PPE properly. Last week I was in there and witnessed a cashier (the red headed one) wearing her mask down to her chin and COUGHING. I called the manager after leaving and he said he would "take care of it". Today I went in there and all staff had on masks with THEIR NOSES EXPOSED. If you care about staying well, no well-made biscuit is worth the trip to this joint. In addition, they do not enforce any mandates for customers wearing masks. 4 out of 5 customers I saw in there had on no protection. I suspect the management and staff take COVID less seriously than they should. in all likelihood, most of its customers do not take it seriously either. In this time when COVID numbers are SPIKING, businesses who do not take this virus seriously are much less likely to get my business. I will be back when it is safe to do so and not a...
Read moreI went to this restaurant this morning to get myself and some of my Coworkers breakfast. I had to pull up to wait on my food. As I am waiting I have someone knocking on my window. I’m on my phone so I wasn’t paying attention and it’s dark outside. I thought it was my food and instead it is a man that’s been sitting outside of their restaurant. He’s kept asking me for money and a ride. He kept telling me he just got out of prison. I was so scared. The manager came outside, seen him harassing me and told him they were going to buy him a biscuit. Finally they bring my food out and I leave as fast as I can. I call up there to talk to the manager about the incident and all she said is that “if he bothers someone else we’ll call the police”. That’s the most unprofessional, unacceptable thing she would have said in my opinion. What about me? A loyal and regular customer. What about my safety? They definitely...
