The last few times I’ve ordered from here, I enter the building and see make tickets sitting next to the printer (as in removed and set next to the printer), indicating that employees have seen them, but for whatever reason have chosen not to make them. The employees are always in the back. It seems extremely inefficient to go from the back of house to the counter to grab the ticket and set it next to the printer, then return to the back of house. The employee already spent the time walking from the back to the front, why not make it as soon as you grab the ticket? I would think it would be a much bigger time waster to have to come back up front as soon as the customer (me) arrives to make it. Now, not only is time wasted on the employer side, but my time is wasted knowing full well they seen the ticket, but chose not to make it right away. Today, upon arrival, there were only two tickets on the counter and no pizzas on the racks, so I know they can’t make the argument of being busy. I sincerely hope management sees this comment and implements a rule change. I’d suggest no more tickets to be left on counters. You grab the ticket, you make it right away. It doesn’t make any sense at all to go up front to grab the ticket and set it aside, knowing full well the customer will be in soon to collect their pizza. Read moreOrdered online on Halloween. I know pizza places can be busy which is why I preordered around 1:30 for a 4:15 pick up time. I arrived and after checking outside for my pizza and cheese bread, discovered that it wasn’t ready. I went inside, checked with the cashier who couldn’t locate my order while another worker commented “I don’t know why someone would order ahead of time”.
Meanwhile, a staff looks in the back, doesn’t follow up with me. I end up having to again ask the cashier and they finally ask for my pizza to be made but inform me they don’t have cheese bread (which I pre-ordered and pre-paid for). I asked for a refund for the cheese bread but they couldn’t issue it and instead write down my name/number. I don’t have a high confidence in this store returning my call with how crazy it was but I’ll be following up. Also, when they made my pizza, it wasn’t done correctly… 😔. Read moreI ordered 2 pizzas and used the new delivery option they now are advertising. Over an hour later we had not received the pizzas so I called them and was told the delivery person left when the pizzas weren't ready at the time he came, and he never came back. So, they didn't have anyone to deliver the pizzas as it is an outside service used. They never called me to let me know, just cancelled my order via email without calling to let me know! Then they didn't know how to handle the situation when I called and asked what was going on with my pizzas that should have been here already. They said they would have the store owner call me tomorrow and asked what I wanted to do about the pizzas. I told them I would find something here at home to make instead! Great new service offered, and great process for when it doesn't work! I guess I will get my deliveries from a place that has their own delivery people next time! Would give 0...
