This Qdoba location is disgusting. The employees that work in the evenings do not follow health code standards. They don't even wear a uniform or gloves every time. There is a pack of open cigarettes on the counter by the register and several open drink containers. They also do not wear hats when serving food. The manager that works the evening shift is currently sick with a cold. Tonight, she rubbed her nose several times with her gloved hand and continued making orders. This evening staff at this location is breaking several health codes and I wouldn't be surprised if they fail an inspection. I've witnessed them throw food on the ground and continue working. I understand they're in a fast-paced food environment but take a visit to this location yourself and I bet you won't stay to eat the food.
I researched coupons via a popular coupon app that offered official Qdoba coupons with legitimate promo codes. I was told they were fake and the cashier refused to take them. I told him I didn't want that food item then, if I couldn't use the coupon. The next visit to the store, my family was refused service. A line of over a dozen people built up behind us because the evening staff, that recognized us from the coupon incident would not help us. Eventually, someone from the back (whom I assume was watching this unfold on the cameras) came out and helped us. I called the next day and spoke with a manager that told me she would look at the camera footage and call me back to resolve the issue. I never heard back from her and have called back since.
Another incident, involving an employee that speaks Spanish, occurred recently. She was rushing me through the line of food so quickly that I hadn't even passed the tortilla pressing machine. I couldn't see the ingredients to even ask her to place on my order. I asked her kindly if she could wait a moment for the cashier to catch up with the customers ahead of me before moving on with my order. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and speak in Spanish to a coworker about me. I speak Spanish as a second language and completely understood her. I was so shocked and upset at what she said I couldn't even respond.
These aren't the only incidents I've witnessed, but I will only speak for my family.
The only reason we've been frequenting this location is because of the coupons my family receives in the mail and via coupon apps on my smartphone/email.
I'm concerned for my family's health and other patrons' health of this...
Read moreThey sent me a birthday code for a free chips and queso, which is one of my very favorite things from any restaurant. After the month I had had with my mother being in the hospital and then what came next, I just really needed this pick me up. So on a day that I could manage time to drive to Lexington, I went to redeem my code. I ordered a quesadilla to go along with my freebie. When I got to checkout, the worker told me that my code had already been redeemed. I showed him on my app that it showed it was still available, but he continued to argue with me. So I cancelled my order and left. I contacted their customer service department, they confirmed that the code was still valid so I tried once again. Again, the same employee told me the code was invalid, and this time I showed him the email from their CS department. Upset doesn't even come close to what I felt. After this past month, I just wanted a good meal from one of my favorite takeout places, but instead I was treated like someone trying to steal from them. I do not condone any customer being treated in this way, but it's just shameful to do it for...
Read moreWow! I'm not a guy most people are nice to, I just look rough. When I tell you this place made me feel welcomed as a rich man of society is an understatement! I got greeted by such a kind voice welcoming me in. This girl with blue hair, I think it was carla or Kayla, took her time away from cleaning to come help me while the other girl was helping someone else. She asked me about my day and if I enjoyed spicy or savory flavors because my experience at other Qdobas left me with low hope. She hooked me up with not only the best tasting burrito but probably the best I've ever had wrapped! The food was hot and juicy even though it was 9:30ish at night. This location closed at 10! I'm a diabetic so before I left, I used the restaurants bathroom so I could check my levels. I felt safe to do so because when I entered the bathroom was clean, no water marks anywhere or gross stuff, and smelled fresh/ clean. I am very appreciative of that girl, she changed not only my view on Qdoba but my whole night! I will be back and hope she and her staff is there! Absolutely incredible! I wish I could give even...
