Son of a Burger — Restaurant in Lexington

My husband and I arrived at 8:15pm. Closing time is 9. There were 2 ppl working and they clearly did not want to serve us. They finally acknowledged us and showed us the kiosk to order. We had never been there before. We ordered 2 deluxe burgers and fries. I saw that we were given a number and assumed someone would call out our number when it was ready. After awhile I asked my husband to check on our food and it was just sitting on the counter getting cold. The burgers did not have onions, tomatoes, lettuce and only pickles on one. At 845 both workers were walking out the door. I work for a burger joint and we would never treat customers like an inconvenience or rush their food to the point of not even adding all the toppings. I was very disappointed for my first visit to SOB. I could see if we walked in at 8:50 but...

Ordered food on Wednesday at 6:06pm (see receipt). Had to be leaving by 7:00pm. Food was not going to be ready for us to eat there so I went up to ask for it to go. Took 50minutes.for our food to be ready.

Orders were wrong and we didn't notice until we're were opening the bags and driving. -No mozzarella sticks -deluxe SOB only had grilled onions and cheese. No sauce, tomatoes, lettuce, or pickles -fries and onion rings were cold -all 3 burgers were were warm, but absolutely not fresh.

I'm a huge fan of Wing KYng and when I heard the owner had a burger place coming i had to try. I'm four burgers in now at Son of a Burger and what's not to love? Great food, friendly service and easy ordering.
