Starbucks — Restaurant in Lexington

This Starbucks is new to the area and more training is definitely needed. This was my first time placing an order inside and will most likely my last. While placing my order, I paid and the clerk left upon swiping and never returned. I waited for 15 minutes before going back up to the cashier and asking someone else if my order was ready. That person then started my drink and created the wrong drink. While making it, he asked if I placed the order inside. I said, yes at this cash register (while he was holding the ticket with the order). When he handed me the wrong drink, I asked him if it was an iced latte to which he said “oh I thought you wanted it hot.” I responded, it’s okay just pour it over ice… no worries. Instead, he looked at me as a compete inconvenience and poured the drink down the drain and made a new one and laid it on the counter.

There were also multiple people working during the middle of the day with few customers while the tables were also not clean.

This was the most unfriendly, unprepared, and unprofessional Starbucks that I have ever been in. I would definitely recommend avoiding and either going to 7brew or the Starbucks on...

Today, Friday, February 15, we placed an order on the app and we picked it up. They made a mistake with my coffee, they gave it to me with ice and I asked for it hot. We moved away from the window so as not to take up their time and to be able to check my order before asking for it to be changed. We returned to the line at the window, and the girl treated us in a bad way 👎we were not rude!!! This attitude seemed strange to me since in the other branches they are always friendly. THEY HAVE TO TRAIN THEIR STAFF TO HANDLE THESE SUMMONS AND GOOD CHARACTER...

This Starbucks store is at The Fountains at Palomar. It faces out on Harrodsburg Road so you will see it if you come in that entrance. There is plenty of free parking around the store right now, but there is also a lot of construction going on so that may not always be the case. I ordered a double smoked bacon sandwich and a peppermint hot chocolate. Both were great. It took a little bit longer than usual to get the order.
