My reason for choosing Starbucks started because of quality, but that hasn’t been my experience with this location, especially my last visit, one of the the items in my order was missing, and I didn’t realize it until leaving, after coming back in to explain I was told that they had ran out, but they could make another, so why didn’t I get some kind of notification, or at least offered verbally when I came to pickup the order, I thanked her when I did pick it up, seems like a good opportunity! Also, I had 4 food item's, and dropped one that slid, I should’ve been given a bag! There was no ownership/empathy on the Barista’s behalf! I have also noticed that the price of the double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich changes on some days, from five dollars & some change to eight dollars & some change, and that doesn’t feel right. Read moreStarbucks inside Kroger is not the same standard as stand alone Starbucks' stores. The "baristas" are just Kroger employees and aren't fluent in the menu or the terms used when ordering as actual Starbucks employees, they're slower at making drinks, and just the other day they were closed unexpectedly because the espresso machine was down. I avoid Starbucks in Kroger as much as I can (especially this location). However, the Richmond Rd Starbucks location is under renovation, so this is the only option that is close to where I travel. Read moreWent this morning to get an order for moms and kids before a golf tournament. I had multiple items to order. Scarlett and Gray were working, both were TOP NOTCH. I had to add a couple drinks after my initial order. They didn’t even bat an eye at my additional items. All were made PERFECT. Food was fresh and hot.
