I went through the drive through and they give e the wrong order. When I arrived home I tried to call and they answered the phone after it rang 20 or 30 times this was the third time waiting 15 or 20 min between calls when they finally answered they picked up and immediately hung up. There was nothing in my order that I had ordered. I not as much food and hearing my family grip and complain made it so much worse . The next morning I called and no answer. That after noon I called and finally got someone. As I explained I was cut off and asked why I had not called . I explained and said I had made a complaint online and was told that they would handle it that way. This was 2 weeks ago. I want my meal replaced. I did not want or pay for the order I recieved. Not only that it was 1/2 the food. I’m documenting it so that there is a record of it because of course I did not get a receipt. My total was 20.94 mex pizza 2 taco supremes dr. pepper nacho bell granda, 2 soft tacos meat and cheese only. I have no problem with the mistake but two weeks I long enough to replace my order. It principle at this point. I will find out if this is a corporate store and go that route. Not marking any progress with the store....
Read moreI literally just wanted lunch, and somehow whoever loaded up my bag either didn't notice or didn't care that these sauce packets were busting and in absolutely disgusting shape, if i had more than 30 minutes for my lunch i would have turned around and went straight back to have a friendly chat with the staff on why they thought this was okay to put in my bag.
I've never had any negative experiences at any other taco bell in this area. And usually even if I have a less than stellar experience (this goes for anywhere, at that), i rarely feel the need to go online and complain, but this is just disgusting. I can't fathom what goes through someone's brain to think that it's okay to put old, busted, and crusty sauce packets in with someone's food. I do love some taco bell on occasion, but best believe after this, I'll be taking my business elsewhere when I'm in this area for work.
I don't know what good a google review will do, but if someone of merit sees this, and if they care, maybe tell your employees to not do this. because I refuse to believe they didn't notice this glob of sauce packets all...

I went through the drive thru, was told I could only pick up door dash or order on app. So in my 10 minute wait to the window, I ordered online. Get to the window, they refused to make my food. Some guy comes from the back fussing about how he has so many tickets and that I didn’t let him know ahead of time, this man went on for about 5 minutes. He said “next time you let me know” I told him THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME. He proceeds to get an attitude and continue talking (all while he could have been making my food!!!) then slams the window so hard he almost knocked it off the track. So I told the cashier to give me a refund because at this point I do not want this man making my food when he refused the first 15 mins. She told me she didn’t know how to give a refund. I called corporate today and they were ZERO help. This company has a bunch of disrespectful, rude people working there. I will never in my life return to another Taco...
