Jaggers — Restaurant in Lexington

they opened just a few days ago, but we'd heard good things so we decided to swing by on our way out for the day. we ordered a green chile burger with fries and a drink, a sunrise burger with tater tots and a drink, a cookie, and a brownie. the burgers were fantastic quality for a fast food chain! and huuuuge as well bc they're all doubles, especially the sunrise! green chile burger was slightly spicy and the pepper jack cheese was very creamy and melty, it was super good. and the sunrise was absolutely STACKED: double patties, cheese, veggies, AND a fried egg and ham. both the fries and tots were perfectly seasoned AND crispy(which i'm not used to at all with shoestring fries bc most places don't do them right). fantastic! we tried the jaggers, honey mustard, bbq, and sweet heat sauces, and they were all very yummy with the fries and tots! also, when my bf placed the order, he expected 1 cookie and 1 brownie for $3 each, but we were pleased to find out it was actually a pack of 4 each, and they were absolutely delicious. a pleasant surprise!! after the meal, 1 mini was actually perfect to finish up with. both super rich and moist! everything was so good and so filling! super glad they put one in lex. everything came out to around $31, so in all honesty, a great value for all we received and...

When the day after they opened. The guy who took this couples order I front of me didn't want to take mine and this young girl did, She was nice and professional. Shes the one who brought me my burger too. The guy who didn't want to take my order acted like he didn't care or what to have anything to do with me after I told him about one side of the ice not working on the soda machine. After I got my burger something was coming from it that smelled like it was rotten. I was only able to eat half of it before having to throw it away. Not to mention that I felt a little sick to my stomach afterwards. Not to mention that the burger wasn't seasoned with anything at all n bland. I could n can make a better burger at home. It's clear that they don't care about if they're food is good. Cause it's not. As someone who has worked in restaurants and especially burger ones. I'd be ashamed to serve anyone a burger I wouldn't eat myself. Bottom line, I wasted $12. N honestly want my money back. This place is overhyped. I don't see this place...

WoW, where do I start! Host DT3 (Kyla) was very nicely dressed and had a big smile despite the high outside temperature and humidity. She was knowledgeable about the menu and prompt to answer my questions. (5 stars for Kyla) I ordered the DBL cheeseburger meal with fries and a strawberry shake. The burger was cooked but the grease and order of the condiments were made so you could only taste the grease/burgers. the fries were just plain fries, nothing wrong with them but i was hoping for seasoned fries, nothing there. Now for the bad, I was in the drive through, people 5-7 cars behind me were getting their orders before me or even the 7 cars ahead of me. I understand they just opened but it would seem that the kitchen staff management was not watching the orders :( The strawberry shake was ok) I do not think I will return to jaggers but that is only because it is just a regular burger joint and we have plenty of them :(...
